Worst warranty
I owned this computer for 8 months. The screen went dark. The warranty wouldn’t cover it because they said it was an accident. Worst warranty ever. They want to charge me 700 to replace it which is more than the computer it’s self. Save the trouble.

HORRIBLE PC!!
Would not start up. Put me in an endless sign on loop! Num lock key would not stay on! NEVER buy an AMD PC again!! Going back to Intel!!

doesnt stay connected to wifi
this computer seems good for every day simple use like using the web, microsoft office, and even light adobe illustrator use. Best configuration for the price.
Good configuration and performance, excellent laptop for work. Only thing I don’t like it’s the keyboard, feels cheap and no light, but it can be fixed with a nice mechanical keyboard.

Overall a good little laptop
It performs as expected,... its fast and the graphics are crisp. The one knock, is the keyboard is not back lit, but that is not a deal breaker.

Great purchase, no regrets!
The screen image was perfect for my needs. Sound and video quality were both good. Processing speed was never an issue. My experience with this product has thus far been exceptional, therefore I highly recommend it.

Great value and awesome performance

Great Laptop!
This is a great laptop. I bought it to use, primarily, for online classes and it works well for me. It’s not too heavy, the screen is bright and clear, and the speakers have great sound quality for listening to lectures.
