Good for the Money
Set up was easy ... it's a straight forward laptop with easy to use format. I'm not into anything fancy just the usual daily stuff for my personal use and this fits the bill nicely without breaking the bank.

Worst warranty
I owned this computer for 8 months. The screen went dark. The warranty wouldn’t cover it because they said it was an accident. Worst warranty ever. They want to charge me 700 to replace it which is more than the computer it’s self. Save the trouble.

not happy with this purchase the display is horrible specially in bright light conditions the keyboard does not light up.

It’s pretty good. I’m giving 4 stars not because of the quality. Just the way as it works. Mackintosh is easier to use to do what I need to do in my opinion.

Great laptop for my needs
The laptop is durable and just what I needed and the price was excellent. The warranty is only for 6 months though so I was a little disappointed in HP for that. I think that the last laptop I bought had a 1 year warranty.

HORRIBLE PC!!
Would not start up. Put me in an endless sign on loop! Num lock key would not stay on! NEVER buy an AMD PC again!! Going back to Intel!!

Still getting used to Windows 11
I do not need all the bells and whistles. This is a home laptop workhorse. Used for function not flair. Windows 10 was perfect 11 is some over the top for me. Computer itself works fine. No problems and fast enough for my needs.

So far so good
I was so surprised at how easy it was to set up because most of my data had been transferred from my old computer to this one. I am not the most tech savvy person and as a result I'm still having trouble downloading my Amazon music to Windows Media Player but hopefully it will get there.

doesnt stay connected to wifi
