Not a good HP Cartridge
Printed only 10 pages and already the colours are faded and cartridges need to be replaced. Not happy with this HP product.

Happy
I have not been a fan of ink jet printers in the past; the results were poor at times.
However, technology has improved and my latest HP desktop ink jet printer is so much better.
No issues with the ink.

Cartridge replacement too soon!
After printing out less than 75 pages, the color cartridges were so low I couldn't print anymore without replacing them! This is unacceptable! All of the pages printed were in black and white only.

Very disappointed
Delivery arrived in a damaged box. And one of the two cartridge packs had a manufacturer defect. Staples did not respond to my request for a replacement cartridge package.

I wish that they would last longer than they do. They are also a little difficult to unwrap. They don't seem to apply much ink.

Collect credit
I have enjoyed the new printer. However, I was suppose to have credit for when I buy new ink. I ordered more ink but couldn't find how to get the credit. How sad.

This is disappointing on all levels. I've been a loyal HP customer for 15+ years. HP sold me a new printer with disabled installation instructions. Total nightmare. Now, the cartridges that must be used in this printer are 60% more in price and last half as long. I do NOT get anywhere near 400 pages out of one of these cartridges. The ink is fine, but the plastic gizm.o that muust be removed before installing the cartridge is very difficult to remove. Especially with old, arthritic fingers.
