Cannot manually add Steps
My battery died, so 40 minutes of running was not recorded. This device was purchased to make a record of my activities. In scenarios where device can't register, I should be able to correct the record and see data manually entered combined with my daily totals. I am seriously thinking of returning the device because this issue.

I like it but...
I like my vívosmart® 5. Great features, fit and look. I would to see routine daily activities added or be able to add daily routine activities for tracking purposes. I would also like for the notifications on screen to last longer.

Works well, monochrome, UI clunky
I received this for free with my Twin Health program kit, so it didn't cost me. Previously I used the Xiaomi Mi Band watches, which are inexpensive and full color and clean UI. This fitness watch works very well, but it's not pretty to look at and because the screen is so small, it has to scroll some of the text on the screens. Not horrible for free, but I liked my othe...

False charging
I am not happy with the fact that I have to charge my vivosmart 5 every 2 1/2 days. The company states the charge should last 5 to 7 days. We have turned off many apps or widgets to have it last longer but to no avail.

Disapointed
I had the prior model. Was very happy except the battery was failing to maintain a charge. I really liked the smaller slimmer style of the vivosmart 4

Could be better
I received my vivosmart 5 for my birthday and it is not as easy or as intuitive to use as my previous Vivo 4. Please let me know where to go to get the manual to adjust the time and date and other functions

Frustrating
When my Vivosmart4 band broke I had to replace it. I had come to Garmin from FitBit because i could not get a Fitbit to connect to my phone. I was mostly pleased with the Vivosmart 4. Switching to the Vivosmart 5 has been a mediocre experience. It no longer registers flights of stairs at all. The sleep graph has random start and stop times. I turned off the Pulse Ox bec...

Terrible user interface
Instructions that come with watch are useless. Impossible to figure out how to connect, how to set watch to just display heart rate, how to start and stop activities, what are events or challenges etc. Watch can take up to 10 minutes to catch up to changing heart rate, I can be breathing hard yet watch shows no change from resting pulse.

It works, but.....
The device is great for what its intended use is. The app is where it shines the most giving you information about you and your body and habits. My only complaint is that the battery life is ho hum and doesnt last for as long as it seems it should for being a simple screen device. Otherwise Its amazing!

Not accurate
I was sent this from a health program that I participate in. The other day I pushed mowed grass for 3 hours. At the end of this time my Apple Watch had 29000 steps, Garmen had 10,000 steps. I know the Apple Watch is correct, it gives the same step count every time, or maybe a Garmen does not count steps if you have another activity selected. Even when walking activity w...

I was presented with the smart device a couple of months ago and since then I’ve found it very helpful and convenient to manage my health and be alert about it.

Amazing Device
I was given this garmin watch from family members for my birthday and I’m loving every second of it ! Love how it can receive messages , keeps tracks of health , it makes a sound and vibration when someone calls and you see every information without having to look at your phone and personally I appreciate that, if you’re at work or a job site it makes us with a garmin w...

Great features but
I was very disappointed with Fitbit after Google took it over. I like the Garmin vivid smart 5 a lot, but I would like to see more “Activities” like golf, canoeing, etc. All in all I’m happy with it.

Tracks almost everything you could want
I'm still getting used to this but it does a great job with auto tracking runs. Battery life is excellent. Sleep tracking seems great also. Needs an explanation of sleep score though.

Not Extraordinary
I find the screen is hard to read because the font and area is too small. They crowd several items on the screen to scroll up and my fingers although small hit se real at once. I hate that I have to use another app to log food which means for meals I have to not only add the the food app but wait for it to sync . It’s much easier with just the device itself or the one a...

yuck
I bought this product to count my steps. Almost everything about it was frustrating right out of the box. There is no step1, step 2 step 3 set up, and no paper manual. No explaination as to what “ body battery” means… mine or the device.
