One word "Rubbish"
Unfortunately, I bought the Swann Evo wireless doorbell from Bunnings. I wish I had chosen a different brand. The Microphone (push to talk) is rubbish. All you can hear is a crackling sound. I tried calling Swann Support but had no luck getting through as they are extremely busy (for obvious reasons).

Unsatisfied customer
Only had mine for a year and it is malfunctioning. Made a claim for the warranty as they have a 24 month warranty but they want to send me a lesser quality doorbell camera to replace it. Customer service is poor and technical support is a joke. I would not recommend this brand would go with a cheaper brand like ring or wink

Better options elsewhere
Door bell battery dies way too quick. Using multiple Micro SD cards no change in the feature of playback. Waist of money plan to find another brand doorbell.

Disappointing and slow
Takes too long to access image via the app. Can be very patchy and takes too long. The recording of image is too short too. Just really disappointing. Wifi signal at 80%, wifi speed at 100mb/s so network not the issue. Restarted, factory reset, all of the troubleshooting and no difference

Good Quality, WiFi Connection needs improvement
I bought this bell last month. I would say it is of a good quality. Easy installation.However, it takes couple of trials and atleast 40-60 second to connect it to the wifi every time you login which make it difficult to answer if you are not home.

I could not wait to get this one and hook it up. This was one of the more nicer functional items I've received. The set up was smooth and easy and it's exactly what I've been looking for. I feel alot better about my homes security now.

Overall I really like this doorbell camera! Very easy to use and set up. We live in a rental so I loved that I did not have to any drilling. It also allows you to hardwire/just use battery. The app itself is also awesome. It shows you a stat break down of what is setting off the camera. It shows frequency and timing as well. It has package,pet, car and person detection ...

Safety
The installation for this doorbell cam was very easy and quick, and it connects with my wifi so that I can access the camera on an app on my phone. It’s so convenient and I feel safe that I can keep track of any packages or visitors

Installation was easy n quick, the performance is great, I like the features that it has on the app. The design isn’t to bulky and the perfect design for a door bell

Doorbell cam
Love this doorbell!!! It has great quality video and the image is so clear on my phone which is a plus. It also has ai so you can set it up and leave messages for deliveries or who ever u like. The installation process is super easy anyone can do it. Overall with all d great features it offers I would say 10/10
