Nice addition
I own several Brother machines from sewing to embroidery and embroidery/sewing combos. This was a welcomed addition for the pricing of a single needle and free arm machine. I have been able to do many things with it and looking forward to more. The magnetic hoop is awesome.

Confusing
Idk what I doing wrong, the bobbin holder keeps coming loose which causes me to break the needle, have had machine for a week and already broke like 5 needles.

Needs improvement
I donāt like that you have to use the app and also we cannot get the tension right no matter how we adjust. The bobbin thread shows through the design.

Nice addition

Unable to use since Xmas
My husband bought this machine for me at Christmas. I was so thrilled! But the issue is, I have yet to complete one design due to the machine either getting locked up, the thread getting snagged and breaking the needle or the bobbin getting stuck and breaking. Iāve tried to contact Brother for help, with no luck. Iām almost to the point of selling it to someone else.

I had this machine for a few months, and for most of that time, I liked it a lot. It was my first embroidery machine, and I found it relatively easy to figure out as a beginner. Do not purchase!
Worst machine ever. I couldnāt get past the tutorial. After 30 seconds the machine stops and says something is wrong. I take it all apart, rethread, check the tension, rethread the bobbin. Love this machine and brother!
Received my machine and it wasnāt work right. Was on the phone with Brother several times and they were so easy to get a hold of and so helpful! Disappointed & Costly
Machine had a malfunction less than a week after I purchased it which required servicing. The malfunction was not user error however I was told the malfunction was not covered under the warranty and had to pay nearly $100 just to get it fixed a week after I bought it. Waste of time and money, DO NOT BUY!
I have had my Skitch for 3 weeks now and have yet to make a completed design. I have broken and bent a dozen needles, countless number or snags and ruined projects, my bobbin case is chewed up and needs to be replaced, I have never been so disappointed in a name brand product before. don't waste your time or money!

Love To Stich With My Skitsh!
I love this little machine. It is so portable and handy. The online stitches are amazing! I use this in my business when I need to do small monograming type jobs and it has been a game changer!

Unique Embroidery Machine for Beginners!! š

Not recommended
This looked like a great idea, but it just doesnāt work reliably. The bobbin turns during operation, breaking needles and thread.

Great Machine + App
I absolutely love my Skitch! The smaller hoop is not an issue because the ease of hooping makes up for that and some. The ease of the machine+app in general in sort of mind blowing. 0 stars! This machine and artspira app do not connect, I have to redownload the app everytime I try to use it. Once I get it connected after about an 1 long issue, it starts to have multiple issues and even after i resolved them does not let me finish the job but I do have to delete and redownload the app again to reconnect.
