Nice addition
I own several Brother machines from sewing to embroidery and embroidery/sewing combos. This was a welcomed addition for the pricing of a single needle and free arm machine. I have been able to do many things with it and looking forward to more. The magnetic hoop is awesome.

The needle breaks often, the app doesn't make satin stitches, nor can you bring files into the app or machine.
If we were talking about looks, it would be a killer.
But looks aren't what make patches.
I would say it's worse then my other brother machine, but that's in-operable too, due to needle clamp assembly not being available for purchase/replacement....

Easy and fun to use
I've never used an embroidery machine before and found this easy and fun to use. It works well, is quick and easy to set up, and the app is fun. My only complaint is that the app and the machine never stay connected to each other and I have to keep resetting it.

Initial problems resolved in timely manner.
Had some problems in the beginning but the company took care of it promptly. Machine seems to work fine now.

Needs improvement
I don’t like that you have to use the app and also we cannot get the tension right no matter how we adjust. The bobbin thread shows through the design.

No working Light
This Machine doesn't have a Working Light. For the Price that I paid, I had bought other better Embroidery Machine.

Waste of time and money, DO NOT BUY!
I have had my Skitch for 3 weeks now and have yet to make a completed design. I have broken and bent a dozen needles, countless number or snags and ruined projects, my bobbin case is chewed up and needs to be replaced, I have never been so disappointed in a name brand product before. don't waste your time or money!

Money wasted
Bobbin case get stuck often,I already bought a couple brand new bobbin cases bit it keeping getting stuck

Love To Stich With My Skitsh!
I love this little machine. It is so portable and handy. The online stitches are amazing! I use this in my business when I need to do small monograming type jobs and it has been a game changer!

Unique Embroidery Machine for Beginners!! 💜
I absolutely LOVE my Skitch PP1. I have completed several projects thus far on my machine that came out wonderfully. The only problem I came across thus far is finding replacement parts for my machine at local dealers. I worry that if something becomes broken I won’t be able to fix it properly. This looked like a great idea, but it just doesn’t work reliably. The bobbin turns during operation, breaking needles and thread.

Great Machine + App
I absolutely love my Skitch! The smaller hoop is not an issue because the ease of hooping makes up for that and some. The ease of the machine+app in general in sort of mind blowing. I see a lot of complaints about limits with the machine but as long as you pick the right projects to do, it’s a step up from Brother other machines and I’m looking forward to bigger hoops, ...

Great idea poor execution.
Purchased the Skitch PP1 with high hopes of starting a fun new hobby. Huge disappointment. First the software. If you don't have an iPad or Android tablet don't bother. Trying to use your phone to manage and adjust your work is terrible. There is no computer option and you have no choice but to pay a monthly fee (eventually) and send everything through the Artspria ...

Bad buy
I was excited to get the Brother Skitch Embroidery Machine and was very disappointed when I got it. You have to pay to use the better fonts, designs and you can't use your own design unless you pay a monthly fee. This is not a good buy. Sending it back.

Do not buy!!!!
0 stars! This machine and artspira app do not connect, I have to redownload the app everytime I try to use it. Once I get it connected after about an 1 long issue, it starts to have multiple issues and even after i resolved them does not let me finish the job but I do have to delete and redownload the app again to reconnect. I have not gotten one complete project done, ...

Glorified boat anchor
PP1 is Not even worth 1 star. Purchased this horrible product to be locked out via the Artspira App that does not work in Australia. Still no solution. I think generally Brother hate creation. Fix the app.
Was looking at other Brother products to expand but this experience has me shopping to go elsewhere to other companies for embroidery machines.
