Awesome... machine!!!
Disagree with members who has skipped stitches, and issues using the 100 plus stitches. BUY ORGAN needles. A few needles were included in package. This machine is wonderful...and walking foot included. You all are wrong with your negative comments. DID YOU READ THE DIRECTIONS?

A Mistake
I needed to replace my broken LX3817A because I didn't think it was worth fixing an entry level machine. But this machine can't even hem jeans without skipping stitches. Great little sewing machine
I needed a simple easy to use machine that would give me the basics and a little bit more as my skills got better. What a nice machine for the money. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase

Great but: No hemmer foot? Guide incomplete?
I really love this thing. I adapted to the cabinet from the Singer 832K I was using. That thing was my mom's and I'm 74! Yet I gave this 4 stars and not 5 for 2 reasons:

Terrible machine! CP100X
The top thread continuously gets tangled under the thread spool around the thread holder. This has been happening since day one of brand new machine. I’ve tried everything to rectify it and ended up purchasing a different sewing machine. I love other Brother sewing machines but don’t waste your money on this model! CP100X

Effecient and easy to use sewing machine
Very pleased with this sewing machine. Came with all the attachments that I need and the on-line video was very helpful in learning how to operate. Happy with my purchase.

Good for beginners, should last a while

Great travel machine

Bobbin Winding
Winding a bobbin is extremely frustrating. My starting thread ALWAYS comes unraveled as the bobbin is filling up. Which then gets tangled with the thread being loaded. I've I wasted so much thread because of this.

It's fantastic!
This is my first computerized machine and I am in love! It's so cool to be able to move the needle position and it's so easy to use. I love how I can see my bobbin also. Too light
It is real nice. Only complaint I have is it’s too light. If I lean on it just a bit it tips. If I had known they still made metal machines I would have bought one. The all plastic are just way too light. Picking it up is great but the metal heavier ones are better.

Problem
I love my machine but I’m having a problem with the safety issue. If I sew for awhile it pops up and shuts down. I rethread change needle and clean. I have taken it in to LindaZ’s and spent $250 to have it fixed I’ve had it back 6 weeks and it has stared doing it again. I am really disappointed that a machine I spent over $1000 for can already have these problems

Love my "Little Brother"
For a basic sewing machine, I really like it. It does everything I need it to do. It has several decorative stitches to choose from. I really like the extension table which was included in the box along with the many feet, also included. If I had a negative comment, it would be regarding getting a good 1/4" seam. I would like a larger plate with the seam marked at 1/4"....
