Not happy with Brother USA , can't scan 12x24 mats
I'm upset to find out that after I purchased 4 12x24 mats for my sdx125e machine, i can't scan the 12x24 mat. That's crazy that all brother has to do is update the software so people can make full use of the mat. I don't want to buy a Disney branded machine because I don't have any need or want to buy it to use a 12x24 mat. I'm very upset!

This mat cannot be used on SDX125
I purchased this item to use with my SDX125. I was able to load the mat into the machine but when I was ready to scan the vinyls I laid on the mat, I get "this mat cannot be used". I thought that the mat was defective therefore, I purchased another one...same error message. I made sure the artmat was changed to 12x24 in the edit field but still the same error message. I...
