TERRIBLE
I was not aware the microwave had a lock feature. For an adult only staff lounge, this is not needed. Staff were not aware of this "NEW" feature and an employees food got "locked" in there because they didn't know how to use it and forced the door open. Now its broken. Terrible, don't buy it!
