Great Quality and Beautiful Colors!
The Happy Day Bulletin Board Borders 4 Pack is perfect for adding a pop of color to any display. Best Boarders around
These boarders are the best. They are high quality and much easier to move around. You are able to cut the perfect length and there is no waste. You can use them for a whole bulletin or just a pop of color.
