Helpful as expected
It was packed very well loved there was nothing to assemble it's sturdy and the gentle rocking has definitely kept my feet from falling asleep and as a short person the extra height under my feet helps me sit more appropriately.

Does what it's supposed to
Allows me to rock my feet silently. Height is not adjustable.
