Great for feet and legs
Allowed me to exercise ankle and foot after returning to work after foot surgery. Stays put does not move around like plastic ones.Adjustable

Great foot rest
Love that you can move your feet while sitting. The only suggestion I have is that it would be height adjustable

Stylish foot rocker.
Stylish and well made. Would have loved if it featured a lock in place mechanism. It rocks back and forth which is nice to stimulate your legs. I'm a petite person and need a little more height than it offers to get the perfect position in my ergonomic chair.
