Piece of junk product!
I bought this cooker and after one use the bottom of the cooker peeled so have been using slow cooker bags in it. I wad going to order a new piece but after reading all the reviews I have decided to throw this piece of junk in the garbage since it doesn't seem safe! I can't believe how bad the customer service is!

Piece of junk product!

Not sure if safe
I have had mine for a little over a year and the non stick surface is already coming off plus it has a pound noise when heading. It's always had this but it is annoying and a little unnerving that it may be defective.

Big Disappointment
I have had two previous versions of this product that I loved. This one is a huge disappointment because it is extremely poor quality compared to the earlier versions. The non-stick coating started peeling after only a few uses, and the bottom gets so hot that it scorched my counter. I have to put a heat shield under it whenever I use it.

Do not recommend
I've had this for 1 year and 2 months. Just outside of warranty and the inside started bubbling and peeling. Do not recommend!

Slow Cooker Base not good
I received this slow cooker 6 qt for a gift and when I started using it , the base of the cooker made slight ticking and popping noises. It has gotten worst the more i use. I don't feel comfortable leaving it alone to cook I,ve tried look for a phone number to call customer service and there's nothing to be found. I hate dealing with this kind thing through email. ...

West Ben slow cooker 6 quart
Bought this product in August 2024 to replace the one I have had for 30 years. I noticed after the first use the Teflon bubbling up, after 3 uses it is peeling away! this product is terrible, and I will never but from West Ben again. You need to start making your cook wear with some pride like years ago instead of the cheap products you make now.

horrible- with inside peeling after 2 uses.
I had one for years and use it weekly. Cord messed up and I decided to buy this new one. So wish I had kept my old one and tried to find a new cord. never an issue heating or inside peeling. this one is a Horrible product After 2 uses the inside is peeling. Company should be replacing these products to buyers.

Finally have a diamond coating in the pot

Garbage
I have only used this slow cooker 3 times . And the non stick coating is bubbling and peeling . I don't want to use it and eat the coating . It also makes loud clicking noises . I should have paid attention to the reviews and saved my money instead of buying this piece of garbage . West Bend you should be ashamed of yourself for ripping people off the way you are .

Don't buy!
Got this Westbend slow cooker to replace an older Westbend that I had for over a decade. Have used it @ 5 times and just noticed that the bottom has little bubbles that will most definitely begin to peel. What does one do now?
