This rest is what i was looking for. It is cool to the touch and comfortable. Shipping experience was very good.

Not a "wrist rest"
Would not refer to this item as being "wrist rest". It is a "palm rest". Unfortunately, it does not align well with any of my HP keyboards; so, it was almost immediately retired.

Bad internal design
I bought this item 5 months ago. I rated 5 stars for this product but while I tried to wash it, I noticed a huge design problem in it. They attached a thick layer of paper between the foam and the bottom grip, which was destroyed when I tried to wash it. You know the relationship between paper and water!!!!

Worth my money
I love this wrist rest. I was looking for weeks for a wrist rest with good reviews and I saw some but wasn’t convinced enough to buy any, until I saw HP.
