Awesome blanket
I purchased two of these blankets last year for our living room. This year I purchased another one so there would be no fighting ). I also purchased two as gifts this Christmas (with free monogramming/LLBean card). It's thick, soft, luxurious warmth. You cannot beat the quality/value of this blanket.

Not up to LLBean Standards
This is the first item in 35 years of shopping at LLBean that is totally not worth buying. This relatively small blanket sheds worse than a long hair cat in the summer. It’s left fabric pills all over my house, clogged the drainage in my washer and filled the dryer lint trap so much that the dryer shut down due to over heating. Love this blanket!
This is the softest, coziest blanket ever and doesn’t shed! It’s quickly become a family favorite that I just ordered more so everyone could have their own. One for me to have on my office chair, one for my husband to have on the couch, and one to throw on each of my son’s beds. I absolutely LOVE it and highly recommend!
