Great office chair
I have been having lower back pain, and my old office chair was making it worse. Not a miracle, but this chair is working. Great office chair - very comfortable. Box is heavy because of the weight of the seat and back - dense foam, it is.

The quality of the fabric is bad. It started to ripped off within 7 months from the date of purchase though the chair is comfortable

Worst lumbar support

Weird lumbar support setup
The lumbar support is terrible. It is like a hard cushion attached to the back on the chair. Not fixed but wiggles. I have sat in this chair 1 afternoon and don't think I can do a full day.

Great office chair
I have been having lower back pain, and my old office chair was making it worse. Not a miracle, but this chair is working. Great office chair - very comfortable. Box is heavy because of the weight of the seat and back - dense foam, it is.

The chair is big and nice. Pretty comfy as well, 2 months in, and the mechanism to lock in the chair at a certain angle already broke. I'm only 250lbs

I know it's only 24 hours in... but I love it.
I should hesitate in leaving this review... but I am pretty happy! I hope this chair lasts about 5 years like my last chair. It is very comfortable. I didn't realize my other chair was so... not padded haha! I love that the arms can be moved, lower back support, adjustable headrest...

chair is slanted to the right
seat is not parallel to the floor. it is slanted to the right. forces you to lean that way. it’s clearly tilted. not happy. where’s the quality control?

Great chair!
I couldn't believe how easy this was to assemble! Instructions are very clear. I was done in 1/2 an hour. Chair looks great and I'm sitting in it while I write this. Very comfortable.

False Advertising
The specs of this chair state it has a Adjustable Tilt Angle from 100-119 degrees. I've measured it (using angle measurement app on phone and using protractor) and it only goes from 100-112. That's over 50% difference in the advertised numbers and it makes a huge difference if you're looking for a chair that reclines back a little farther to take pressure off your ba...

Nice chair - assembly is only complaint
This chair is of very good quality overall and the sale price was great. My main complaint is assembling it especially with the backrest which was a major pain.

Big chair Big Comfort
This chair is heavy but comfortable for a bigger frame. At just over 6' tall and 300# this chair works for me. Well constructed and having arms that rotate up allow the chair to be pulled right to your desk.
