Not Comfortable At All
I am 6'2" 275Lbs and the fact that this chair is targeted towards the Big and Tall crowd is ridiculous. I've had my chair for less than a day and regret the purchase entirely. The cushion is extremely shallow, which on its own is not entirely a deal breaker. The lumbar support is waaaaay to much and almost pushes you out of the already shallow cushion. This combination ...

Not so great
I bought this in October 2025 and now in February 2026; four months into usage, the chair doesn't hold the weight anymore (I am 300lbs). It keeps sagging.. I will not recommend this chair to anyone...

The office chair appears to be exactly what I needed. The assembly was very simple. Took approximately 30 minutes. My big concern is that the chair was left by the front door of my apartment complex instead of being brought upstairs. Very Comfortable
Gave it 4 of 5 because I had to return the first one I put together due to hardware issues on the chair. Second one was put together easily. Chair is very comfortable. The lumbar is very strong especially for those with back problem. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Comfy chair with an annoying flaw
Chair is comfortable, roomy, and seems sturdy. However, the reclining lock that is supposed to either keep the chair from leaning back or force it to remain reclined does not function very well at all. Good quality comfortable home office chair

Almost perfect but a great chair for the money
Having done a lot of research on chairs this was the one that checked all of my boxes. It’s very cushy but also firm. Great wide seat and looks good. What’s preventing it from 5 stars is the back is a bit aggressive. Hopefully over time it flattens down a bit.

Great chair overall
Great chair overall. Good for tall people. I am 6'6" and this chair is comfortable for me. However, the chair arrived with a back/headrest that did not stay in position. It would just fall rather than staying at the position it was set to. On the positive side, Staples sent a replacement back piece very quickly and it now works as it should.
