Rollers are worst
I loved the chair. But afte 1.5 month of use,the rollers make squeaky noise every time i move my chair. The chair does not roll smoothly. It is one of the worst i have ever used.Luckily I work from home else will have to scrap the chair immediately the noise is so bad.
I wish there was some warranty on the chair and if they can provide me with replacement base.

Very uncomfortable
I sat in the demo chair and loved it, but when I got the box home, I put the chair together, and then discovered (after breaking down the box) that the lumbar support is different than what was on display. The plug in part came out and the massager started making noise. There's no way to charge this thing now. The leg rest does not go in properly either with out fighting it

Great Chair especially for the price
This chair was easy to assemble. It is comfortable and has some really nice features like a heated lumbar support that can also vibrate. It adjusts vertically and seems to be pretty sturdy so that it will hold up for several years. The color is muted gray for the seat and white for the rest but it was worth the decreased price (1/2 off).

Best chair at staples
Sat in all the chairs out at staples on display and this was the most comfortable by far. Mainly like the seat cushion the massage and heating features are the cherry on top. Did come scuffed up some but its a really nice chair either way

Superb Office Chair for Everyday Use

electronics broke on first use.
The chair was wonderful until I tried to charge it. The connection broke off in my hand. For how much this cost you'd think it would stay together and not break.

This chair is very easy to assembly and it looks quite stylish. It seems solid too and of good quality. I have not used the heat function but the massage feature is nice. The back rest and head rest was not comfortable. Head rest was very high and should be separate extension to adjust it basically useless

Love the massage feature
Parts are a little chintzy we will have to wait and see how it holds up. Also the lack of any info on charging needs are why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. On the positive side the massage feels great the chair is comfortable and was easy to assemble.
