Appalling product. Appalling Customer Service.
I ordered this item TWICE and both times the clamps needed to secure the shelf to a desk were missing. I then spent over an hour on the phone with Staples trying to get the missing parts which the vendor was supposed to send me and 2 weeks on I am still waiting for them to arrive. I also have the said 2nd defective shelf waiting for a Staples pick up which again has bee...

Heads up on this product. It looks well made but it only works on thin desk tops. Not made for counters in offices
