A needful thing
Product seems to be working well. I was extremely happy with the folks at Staples who resolved my computer issue, name Lou and John.

awful
still struggling after a week to get it to download and set up .no explanations or good troubleshooting ideas to get things to work right ....did better when we had a disc if it did not work right we could at least take the program out and redownload the program no such thing here just wants you to buy something else and no phone # to talk to anybody

Seemed pretty easy to download...not sure yet how well it works...don't know if there have been any trying to breach my protection. Ran one check, all was good.

when I 1st bought this product my mcafee expired, had problems with my pc, they removed mcafee & fixed the rest of my pc.

I usually buy McAfee, it seems to work. I just don't like the push to buy from 2 months out. It always says my subscription is ended, and I have 50 days left....
