Has worked out fine for me for several years!
I was unable to download Total Protection and called McAfee. A customer service rep took control of the computers and downloaded it for me. She (Sam, I believe) was very good, patient and did just what I needed done. Was impressed with her help and information.

I was unable to use this product because it would not download as it was supposed to do just because I refused to sign up for yearly renewal, and I am having trouble getting my money back for a product that won't work for me.
I will be extremely happy if my paid money was refunded back to me. Thank you

Mcafee is ok
Macfee is alright but it is very aggressive at trying to sell you other products after you have already paid for your antivirus software

Slows Down PC Performance
PC was running with exceptional speed after resetting to factory conditions. After I installed McAfee PC began running much slower. Even after I went into the settings and switched to 'scan my pc during off hours' PC continues to run slow. I may just uninstall McAfee and install HP Wolf Security which is installed on another computer. It costs a little more however ...

My go-to security suite
I switched to McAfee a few years back and I've not been disappointed. I find that it's cheaper to buy it like this rather than renewing from McAfee. It takes a little time to load but it's worth it.

Always good
McAfee is the only one I use - they all have glitches but McAfee works for me and my needs. I don't take advantage of all the Total Protection has to offer only what I choose for my personal needs. I love that Staple has it on sale every year and the ONLY place I purchase it!
