I encountered problems with adding another family user (my spouse) so I contacted McAfee directly and I was told that the software that I purchased DID NOT INCLUDE all the features as advertised. Too complicated setting up
Very complicated not even sure what all the choices that had to made while setting it up even meant. I would not recommend it.

The problem with McAfee is that they keep adding on extra payments for additional security screening. It should be included in the original package.
