unable to use this product
I was unable to use this product because it would not download as it was supposed to do just because I refused to sign up for yearly renewal, and I am having trouble getting my money back for a product that won't work for me.
I will be extremely happy if my paid money was refunded back to me. Thank you

Has worked out fine for me for several years!
I was unable to download Total Protection and called McAfee. A customer service rep took control of the computers and downloaded it for me. She (Sam, I believe) was very good, patient and did just what I needed done. Was impressed with her help and information.

Slows Down PC Performance
PC was running with exceptional speed after resetting to factory conditions. After I installed McAfee PC began running much slower. Even after I went into the settings and switched to 'scan my pc during off hours' PC continues to run slow. I may just uninstall McAfee and install HP Wolf Security which is installed on another computer. It costs a little more however ...
