Computer modem doesn’t work
Just saw I’m a week late to return after I just opened the computer to set up today and the covering wasn’t even screwed on. The inside was exposed. I should’ve known it wasn’t going to work. Going to see if the week late gets me anything in store after purchasing online a computer that won’t even set up with Ethernet line plugged in.

Useless computer
Started out bad and then fizzled out all together. I have purchased refurbished computers in the past from Staples and was pleased. This time fail :-(
