Box is smashed
Haven't had to replace the ink yet, so I haven't opened it yet, but the box looks like someone put it under heavy items or ran it over. Every box from Staples comes damaged.

Good but expensive
The ink is good and reasonable easy to install. It runs out fast so expensive, though important if you need higher quality and full coverage 11x17. Feed not functioning at about 3 yrs- 1/2 sheets don’t print.

driver error

The Epson ink I needed was not found in the ink area. The person offered to order for me and have it sent to my address with no shipping cost. When he attempted to order he found the store had it in stock but on the shelf. The associate went to the storage area and got the ink. Therefore I was able to ge what I came into the store for.

Does What a Cartridge is Supposed to Do
Good cartridge, always reliable. Just wish I got more printing out of it. I feel like it's super pricey for how much I actually use it.

Doesn’t last long
Color is a normal quality. However, even with the XL, it seemed like I needed to replace all the cartridges frequently my last printer I was lucky if I had to replace my cartridges once a year this one I had to do three times unless than 8 months.
