Misleading Information
I expected to download MS Office 2024 immediately after purchase. The drop down menu below the download button says that you will be able to download "shortly after purchase".
They say to go to My Downloads.
Unfortunately, they don't tell you before you purchase the software that it can take up to one business day.
VERY DISHONEST AND MISLEADING!!!!!

I expected to download MS Office 2024 immediately after purchase. The drop down menu below the download button says that you will be able to download "shortly after purchase".
They say to go to My Downloads.

Unable to download immediately after purchase
I'm supposed to get a link "within the next business day". This defeats the purpose on buying it online versus a physical purchase shipped to my house. I bought a digital download to immediately download and utilize, not wait around for a digital download. Jeewiz!

Misleading Description
The description of this product says it's available for immediate download but this is not the case. Upon talking to customer service it takes up to 14 hours to receive the download yet I am still waiting for it 18 hours into purchasing the product.

A lot better than 365
You pay for it once not yearly. It cost me about 1.5 times 365 and that's it. To me it's the only way to go if you want MS Word and MS Excel which is all I needed.
