Unable to download immediately after purchase
I'm supposed to get a link "within the next business day". This defeats the purpose on buying it online versus a physical purchase shipped to my house. I bought a digital download to immediately download and utilize, not wait around for a digital download. Jeewiz!

Misleading Description
The description of this product says it's available for immediate download but this is not the case. Upon talking to customer service it takes up to 14 hours to receive the download yet I am still waiting for it 18 hours into purchasing the product.

A lot better than 365
You pay for it once not yearly. It cost me about 1.5 times 365 and that's it. To me it's the only way to go if you want MS Word and MS Excel which is all I needed.

I found that loading the software this time around was met with a lot of built in resistance from Microsoft for me to not opt for the continuous 365 payment fee in addition to the fee I’d already paid for the student/home version. The process to complete the software install was very obscure to a ridiculous degree.

Microsoft Office Home & Student 2021 for Mac
I thought at $149.00 that I would get a CD!! I ordered 5/9 waited and waited days for delivery on to find only a KEY!! No CD... Since it is one computer only - it should have been a simple email with the key & download!!

Obnoxious ad Frustrating
Windows 11 is OK EXCEPT that everywhere you look every time you click a mouse every time you touch a keypad it directs you to post your stuff to the cloud. It's relentless tyrannical in your face and totally immune from deleting it or relegating it to an unobtrusive place or uninstalling it. Save THIS to the cloud Microsoft!
