Fast, easy and accurate.
I've purchased at least 6 of these 2 TB over the years and have never had an issue. I use them heavy for a year or two for on the job photo back up, then store them for random access. Couldn't ask for more, never had one fail. I can't imagine why all these people are experiencing failing drives unless it's their machines or the fact that any more than 2 TB storage is...

Unnecessarily intrusive
Since I downloaded their WD Discovery app (or whatever it's called) it runs like crazy on my computer, gobbling up resources, even though (a) I have scheduled NO automatic backups, and (b) the WD isn't even connected to my computer. Why? At least I am able to get into Task Manager and end it. Very annoying and intrusive.
