This router does support WIFI-7, you can access WIFI-7 inside the router's settings, locate for wireless settings and enable WIFI-7 mode, or 6GHz band. Ensure your devices support WIFI-7 for optimum performance. If you don't see this option available inside Settings, we recommend updating the router's firmware if it is running with an older version. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. To resolve the connection problem, please verify if the router's security credentials matches with your ISP's modem credentials. Check if the PC or device connecting to the router is working properly and within range to the router, the router is within 30 feet to the ISP's modem, if not wired with a network cable, and ISP's internet service or connection is working properly or stable. Legacy devices may not work properly with WIFI6-7, please check updates for these devices. Additionally, try connecting this manually to either 2.4GHz or 5GHz and update the router's firmware if it is running with an older version. To resolve the unstable connection, place the router in a central location within your home, away from walls and obstructions, keep it elevated off the floor and away from electronic devices that may cause interference. For the guest account access issue, check if the PC or device connecting to the router is working properly and within range to the router. If these are legacy devices connecting to the router, these may not work properly with WIFI6, please check updates for these devices. Also, try connecting this manually to either 2.4GHz or 5GHz..
