Horrible experience
I ordered these online for my son for Christmas, because the ones I bought them before did not work with his his Xbox. So I ordered these headsets which never arrived. I follow the tracking device where it says they were shipped and out for delivery and that's where they stayed.. it never moved to that they were delivered on the tracking system.
