Intuit TurboTax Deluxe Fed and State
For those who are not so tech savvy, you may find your software with confusing and sometimes not productive instructions, a few glitches that even a phone assistant had trouble with--but it finally worked, thank God!

Spent 2 hours trying to download
We purchase this program every year. This year TurboTax has no CD available. We have to download from a site that was nothing but trouble to say the least! Two hours of our lives wasted because TurboTax was too cheap to include a CD. When we finally got it downloaded it worked fine; however, if there is no CD included next year we not buy TurboTax!

because you an do it on the computer for FREE! So i DOWNLOADED it, and what came up was so, something different. now I can't find where I download it. It never ask for the code.
