When ordered, it stated that it was available for pick-up at Staples which is only a cardboard of the product. Received an e-mail the next day that the item was no longer available in-store. Called Staples and was told that it was available and credit for this item would take 1-3 days from my bank. I ordered on-line the download. The download was not user friendly. Ge...

Every tax season I can rely on Staples for TurboTa
To prep my taxes,, I only trust TurboTax and after checking 3 other stores, Staples was the only place that had it. The checker was very pleasant and helpful.

Not worth the trouble.
For simple tax return it is easier to do it manually. It takes much longer to understand how to answer their questions correctly. I am less likely to make an error without their computerized help.

Just pushed SEND and my state & Federal are filed. It wasn’t without difficulty. I had renter ALL the information three times as it kept disappearing even though I saved then closed it after each session. I paid an additional $60 to have live help , and it was worth it. Overpriced
You can buy this online and save money. I know staples does price matching but when I asked the sales rep to match the price, he said they only match prices with other merchants selling in retail outlets. According to him , staples does not match online competitors. Very hard for me to believe.

OMG! 2 hours on tech support to load TURBOTAX!
Bought Premier instead of of Business Version of TurboTax. What a nightmare. I loaded and unloaded the softer so many times and the same thing happened. It is not compatable with the operating system on my Mac. Not everyone can afford to buy a new computer every year. They showed no sympathy for those of us with older but still working fine computers. I am looking into other tax software for this year and te future.

This was easy to use when installed over the web. I had initially been concerned that it would be difficult install like past versions of TurboTax. I also asked a question on the TurboTax website and one of their tax experts clearly answered it in very short order.

The change in format for entering investment results makes it more confusing and difficult to be accurate. Suspect their intent is to force one to always do imports and not manual entries which I am not willing to do(privacy concerns).
