Disappointed!
Was not informed my browser on my iMac was not suitable to use TurboTax. I would have to purchase a new computer to use the 2024 TurboTax Deluxe.

Turns out I didn't need it.
I never used it. I found out that I could get it free online. Now I don't think I can return it. The girl at register was nice, but this program doesn't work on an older Mac. You can just use the free online version if you have an easy tax return.

System incompatible
I have a MacBook Air that can no longer support the Turbo Tax operating system. I will no longer be using Turbo Tax because my computer works fine and I won't be upgrading just so I can do my taxes with Turbo Tax. Apple and Turbo Tax thumbs down!

Federal Good, state weaker
Good year to year "once again" type carryover. First year with another brand likely harded. But the Federal product is much better that the state (CT) version where it feels like I re-enter often and advice/clarity is much weaker.

Latest versionkeeps trying to upset services
A lot clunking than prior versions, help suffers tremendously with only vague descriptions. Then the constant upsetting of services. Next year i will use taxcut if it's still around.

Complicated, live help was useful, but ultimately, it worked!
The original complication was that I ended up with two versions (on line and via purchase at Staples). It took a while to sort it out, but the live help (particularly Barry and Randi) were great. Because I couldn’t e-file my state return, it was not easy to separate, download, AND mail in my PA state return! That was a glitch I attribute to the software.
