Instructions + Support need to be better
he chair is ok. The arm width is very wide. You can do a teeny adjustment by where you place the screw when you assemble it, but that's it. The do go up and down, forward and back, and they angle in and out - like pigeon toe or first position in ballet. I'll most likely keep it, but only because disassembling it again is such a pain.

Wasted potential
This is regarding the new XL Hyken.
The seat is large and the foam cushion is supportive. Assembly is fairly easy, but i feel like the chair just comes short of what it could be.
1:Tilt. I could not find a way to tilt the chair forward. The most forward of the 3 tilt options is literally still a recline.

Big chair
Great chair for those over 6’1”. Sits high for those only 5’11” or less. But add a foot rest and will provide proper ergonomics and adjustable arm support. Like the large cushion seat and vented back.

disappointed, Missing Parts for Assembly!!!
I’m happy with the office chair… however, not happy with the “MISSING PARTS” required for assembly!!! Several necessary “screws” for properly assembly and functioning of the chair arms WERE MISSING from the parts kit… of course I managed to find my own reasonable replacement screws in order to assemble my chair… it was a nuisance… but I chose not to go through the delay...

Superb Assembly
The chair is as stated and is a functional ergonomic chair with adjustability. What I am most impressed with however was the assembly, which was clearly laid out, including individual compartments for which screws to use during each step.

Best chair for short people.
So adjustable. I am a 5'4" and I have never had an office chair so comfortable. My feet touch the ground and the other adjustments make it even more comfortable.

Hyken XL Ergo Chair Has No Recline Options
There isn't the three recline positions on the XL chair that it says in the description. It only has one position, and it is too far back for the big and very tall person I bought this for. He can't reach the keyboard. We have to return it.

Design problems-don't buy it
This chair was easy to assemble but impossible to use. Even in it's lowest position I would have to put blocks under my desk to get an acceptable work height. Secondly and a deal breaker, the backrest is way, way too far back even in it's most vertical position. I estimate it needs to tilt forward about 10 inches to be usable. Difficult to assemble. Not comfortable. I would have returned this, but the great effort to disassemble, box and return was not worth the additional time and effort.

Ok chair
This chair was a nightmare to put together by myself. It was easy until you had to attach the back to the seat. That part took me hours. The seat is very firm.. I thought that there would be some moregive than this, but its ok.the chair naturally leans back too far for me to have support while im sitting up working. i would like the lumbar support to be a little deepe...

LUMBAR SUPPORT SHOULD MINIMIZE MORE
the chair is very good, but the lumbar cushion sticks out a lot, WAY TOO MUCH, you can't minimize, only maximize it, and the lowest "setting" is very extended, to the point where you feel like you will slip off the chair.
