Caused me pain in back and hips
I'm averaged sized and I thought this chair was comfortable at first but after taking to work and sitting for hours, my back started hurting and I realized the lumbar was too aggressive which made my back feel bruised. I adjusted it to be less up against by back but not much better. I had to remove the back cushion all together and bend the plastic band so it wan't up...

Good price, easily assembled, good for tall folk
Reasonable price for its type, easy to put together. Seat is comfortable. Materials seem quality for the price point. Specs online didn't provide height range details, so I purchased an XL gas cylinder elsewhere. I didn't need to - the included cylinder probably would have been fine. (I'm 6'2/188cm tall, with slightly shorter legs.)

This is a big heavy chair. Good cause I'm a big guy at 325 lbs. Cushion seems comfortable with ample resistance. Back has a good bit of resistance and I do not feel as if it will let me fall backwards with the slightest pressure. AWESOME Chair Deal!
Bought this chair during a sale campaign and it didn’t disappoint! It’s comfortable per its height guidance with the cool design. Why 4 then? It’s due to the neck rest; I can’t lock its position. I often have to adjust it when I sit on the chair.

Hyken Ergonomic Task Chair great for short person
Very comfortable chair for a short person. Only drawback in assembling the chair is that some of the holes don't line up correctly. Otherwise the experience was perfect.

This chair is adjustable and comfortable enough until I get out of it. It is an unequalled static generator. Even sitting down for a few seconds results in a sharp zap after I stand up. Annoying enough lower this chair's rating to 3 stars.

Great Chair. Amazing Customer Service.
I’m 5’ 10, 175 lbs and the chair fits me perfectly.
The customization options are incredible. Just make sure you are adjusting the lumbar support, back hight and head rest appropriately depending on whether you’re sitting up straight or leaning back.

This is a wonderful rugged chair, just not for me.
I weigh in at 275 pounds at 6 feet and I thought this chair and price was perfect for me. To totally need this chair you need to be about 400 to 500 pounds and be over 6 foot 5. It was just way too much for me.
