Poor Design broken within a year
This chair has a design flaw where they did not glue the foam piece that provides support on the front of the chair. It constantly pops out and when it does it causes pain after sitting for a couple of hours. Based on reviews this is a common problem and there should be a recall or free replacement that doesn't have this design flaw. It's always "on sale" to sell ...

LUMBAR SUPPORT SHOULD MINIMIZE MORE
the chair is very good, but the lumbar cushion sticks out a lot, WAY TOO MUCH, you can't minimize, only maximize it, and the lowest "setting" is very extended, to the point where you feel like you will slip off the chair.

Great accommodating chair for larger people
Comfortable chair with lots of adjustability! The assembly of the chair was quick and simple. There are so many ways to adjust the chair to get a perfect fit and this chair is LARGE with the ability to adjust the seat deeper and the arms wider. Large and in charge
Being tall kinda sucks. Especially when buying a desk chair. They’re never tall enough or sturdy enough. So far so good
I've only just assembled the chair so haven't had a full work day to test it out yet, but so far it seems great! Adjustable lumbar support, headrest, armrests, and seat, including the ability to adjust the distance between the seat and the back, made it easy to get the perfect fit for a 6'4" frame.

As good as far pricier alternatives

Comfortable Supportive and Durable

Comfortable
The only thing I don't like about this chair is the arms rotating. The up and down and forward and back lock, the rotating does not. I am constantly moving them accidentally. Other than that it is very comfortable.

company stands behind 7 yr warranty
First, let me say that this is a comfortable desk chair. I sit in it for hours at a time, multiple days per week swiveling between 3 large monitors. It might not be as comfortable as the $200+, ergonomically adjustable chairs - I don't know. But it works well for me.

Comfortable and durable

Great chair that will not wear out in the seat
I compared this chair with the similar version and this has a much shorter seat which let's my back tough the back of the chair giving me consistent lumbar support. It is comfortable and there is no foam cushion to wear out. In the past chairs I purchased broke down the foam in the seat leasing to back issues. With a mesh seat I should not have that issue.
