Love it!

My robot has been amazing for me, so I bought another for the second floor! Having the support of a handy robot to help me clean just makes cleaning the house not as horrible, especially with my busy schedule. Much appreciated!

I love narwal

I was introduced to this robot vacuum cleaner by a friend, who said that it is very smart.
I tried it, and it's much more satisfying than I expected.
It's not just a cleaning machine, it feels like I've got a new family member.
He even gave me a cute name!

vaccum and mop

Its great but there are areas on edge of carpet where the devise does not mop and sometimes gives an error of the mop pads when they are just fine

Replacement for the Narwal Freo

I have been using this newer model for the last 3 weeks. I have found that it is much more accurate in avoiding objects/tangling than our Freo was - so far it has no issues returning to home base. With the Freo I was finding it out of home base several nights a week due to either “losing” its place or random items causing blockage.

This robot does an excellent job cleaning!

This robot vac/mop is an excellent product! Chronic health concerns make it very difficult for me to vacuum and mop. I have been immensely pleased as this Narwal robot does an excellent job of doing both. It is quiet, as well as easy to maintain.

Thrilled

I’m completely thrilled with this robot, it’s crazy amazing. We have all engineered hardwood floors which have been cleaned on hands and knees initially then that changed to a stick power mop . Good Investment

For the most part, I love my Narwal. She does an excellent job with both the vacuum and mop, as well as the baseboard attachment. However, it could do a better job with corners.

Love my Rosie

We love our Narwal Freo Z Ultra! It is worth the wait and the cost. With 2 dogs that shed a lot, it was hard to keep the house looking clean. I purchased this vacuum based on the recommendation of the youtube channel called “The French Glow”. I wouldn’t have known of this brand. This Narwal Freo is much better then our prior/retired Roomba S9. Thank you for the great product!!

Best investment for myself:)

I can’t thank enough to Narwal for this quality robot vacuum. Cleaning was stressing me very much due to full time work and taking caring my girls. Since I got my Narwal, I stopped stressing about the mess in the house:)I recommend this high tech vacuum to everyone. I have more free time for myself and for my girls now🤩

So happy I ordered my Freo Z Ultra

So quiet and cleans everywhere I need it to! I feel like I ran out of detergent fast for 183sqft of floor but maybe I just got mop happy and was always mopping a clean floor.

Don't doubt this one! He's really capable!

I was reluctant for a long time, worried about space and whether it could actually work in my apartment.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST

Not so great for a second floor.

Wish it lasted longer for mopping a second floor. Carrying it back and forth is not easy, especially because the robot comes with no handle or any way to carry it around in a more comfortable way. And it is quite heavy. So, great for one floor. Not so great for a second floor. Mapping the second floor area to mop each time is also a pain.
