Finally! The robot we were promised!
Moved to Narwal after having iRobot for years. I was an early adopter and I feel like the Narwal finally fulfills on the promise of a robot vacuum and mop. We have two dogs, so after some adjustments it handles everything.

I was impressed at first. Now— disappointed . Lately I do not see the option to vacuum. Only mop. Cannot figure it out.
Also, it stuck very often on the same corner of the room and I gave to manually remove and replace. But ur stubbornly navigated to the same obstacle

Great!
Overall it is great! Vacuums well, has a lot of great features, mops with hot water. The only thing is that the robot can’t find its home base if you move it. So if I were to bring it in the bathroom for a few cleanings, it won’t find the base. Seemed odd. I use it every week for the whole house and almost nightly for vacuuming the kitchen and dining area. The best!
I have a large house and my Narwal keeps up the main floor for me. We have lots of traffic (heavy use) and the Narwal makes my life so much easier as it effortlessly vacuums and mops while we’re away or asleep.

Clean floors..difficult app
This does a great job cleaning my floors. They’re so much cleaner than they were. And this is much better than my old machine that banged into everything, including my baseboards. The storage part does not work!
Nice mop/vac. Besides the fact it has never emptied dirt into the bag like it is supposed to. Not once. I have to empty the tiny dispenser every run. Even though it is supposed to empty itself. I was going to return. But didn't get around to it. Not it's too late.

Love the features!
I have been really enjoying my Narwal robot vacuum. It does a great job especially mopping the tile floor….much better than I would. It’s very entertaining to watch too! 😆…..my cats are fascinated!

App needs a lot of work and it needs to be simplified. It takes a rocket scientist to figure it all out.

Great purchase
I have had this for several months and got the automatic water exchange after a few months as well. I absolutely love it. I mean, it could improve in my areas but for the most part, I absolutely love it! The water exchange has made it pretty much self sufficient besides maintenance cleaning every few weeks.

Pretty satisfied
Been very satisfied thus far-only nit is there doesn’t seem to be a way to remap an individual room or to have the robot to automatically recognize that the room has changed and adjust to the new configuration

I'd buy it again
We had a few robots before, from other manufacturers. This is the first one that works. It maps out the work in a systematic way and goes about it in a predictable manner, without missing spots. The app is great, easy to use to operate the robot, customize the map, view the progress of a task.

Help! You need a masters degree in robotics.
I've had it several months and still have not figured out how to vacuum my high pile rug. It is very difficult tor use and the app is not user friendly. The areas it does mop and vacuum look great but you need a masters in robotics to program it.

I like it better than the Roborock vacuum.
I bought this a little over a month ago. I like that it heats up the water and self cleans. I don’t like how it doesn’t clean corners very well and sometimes moves pebbles over the floor instead of vacuuming them up.

This thing is the truth!
We had an older narwal vacuum, upgraded to this one. This thing is at the top of the food chain for robot vacuums. Being able to mop, vacuum and can detect cords and walls and have a camera is over the top. Would definitely recommend over any other brand. This thing does not disappoint

vaccum and mop
Its great but there are areas on edge of carpet where the devise does not mop and sometimes gives an error of the mop pads when they are just fine
