They are clear, tiny, about the size of a pencil eraser tip, and not noticeable unless you are right up close and in the right light. They didn't irritate my skin and were gentle. I absolutely love these pimple patches! I always keep them in my everyday cosmetic bag if I need one. I love being able to throw them on and now worry about people noticing my blemish.

These are awesome and really are hard to see when on!
I have always loved Hero patches and tried the invisible version recently. Unless the pimple I am trying to treat is massive, these worked really well! I was even able to wear them to the gym without anyone noticing (I think). They do a great job at getting all the gunk of your zits to the surface. My fav pimple patches!

Small but Mega Mighty!
