CD preferrable
I love having the CD version as when I have computer problems it's much easier for me to fix it when I don't have to online download everything again. I definitely want a CD. thanks for letting us get one.

software issues microsoft support very poor
i wanted stand alone no subscription office with outlook platform. thus has that but issue was outlook trying to load classic, then upload my outlook 2010 old enils and address book!
4 hrs later got uploaded my old outlook to thjs but issues with setup up. should have used manual since wanted POP. then more googlung figured out why my 100s of addresses wouldnt search o...

Not worth the price diff for Outlook - rip off
Purpose of buying Home & Business version was to get Outlook. Microsoft makes it extremely difficult to use Outlook - forcing user to deploy 360 online version - what was the point? No need to pay extra for 'business'. Worse MS want to take control of Google account - mail, calendar etc. No way I was going to do that. It forces you to use Outlook Classic - a much d...

I was very confused when I got it. I did not know it would be a download instead of a package. I had to spend 2 days trying to get it to work on my computer. I was so frustrated that I wanted to send it back. Then I tried one more thing and it worked.
