The chair was easy to assemble, though quite heavy. But it may be the single most uncomfortable chair i have ever sat in, and its lowest setting jams my legs against the desk. the lumbar is not great-the support is there, if you like what feels like a steel bar rammed into your spine, even though it is padded, it just juts very far forward. unfortunately i have to disas...

Replacement works great!
The first chair I got had a broken locking mechanism. The back would not stay locked in one of the 3 positions. After speaking with support, they sent me a whole new chair as a warranty replacement. Very comfortable
This is a great chair. It was not hard to put together and its is very comfortable. I like how adjustable it is, the arm rest height and lower back suppordt can be moved. If I want to lean back I don't have to fight to keep it back. I recommended this chair to family who have office jobs because of how comfortable it is.

Reclined Chair
I saw previous reviews that spoke about the chair being reclined and I just thought that maybe they didn't do it correctly. But, sure enough, the chair is reclined, even on the most upright setting. You cannot sit up straight and have your back actually touch the backrest. No way you should be paying $400 for a chair you have to lay back in just to utilize the features....

VERY TALL Chairs - Comfy

Tall Chair - Comfy but more relaxing than support
Had to return, Chair 2 inches too tall for me 6'0'' tall to seat at office desk. If my desk was adjustable I may have kept it. The back leans back, very comfy if you are leaning back in it, the recline wouldn't lock up straight. Seat Cushion very comfy, Great structure but I think it's flawed.

Very nice chair
Although comfortable, Changing the chair height is very difficult for a senior over 80 like me and I had to get someone else to do it. Although it says it will roll on a carpet with no special mat, at 164 lbs. I have found it very difficult. OTOH if it was on a hard surface it would be too easy to stand up washout it getting away from me.

great chair, headrest okay
the chair is very comfortable and was relatively easy to put together. i like the headrest but the pivot point to angle the headrest without moving the arm doesn’t have a locking mechanic so the headrest always ends up falling back to the lowest point.

Nice chair - worth it
Got the chair (2) cuz of price - weight rating. (was onsale 50% off.)
I start pulling it out of box,sudden worry about material. (not sure how long mesh will last)
- pulling out seat base, dang things SOLID feels good- well built overall.
easy build, one of the screw bolt holes to hold the base to the back -isnt threaded properly. so that bolt only went in 1/2 way.

Inconsistent Quality & Flawed
Echoing what Nick said on March 30th 2026, the chair can't be lowered to a level where your feet are flat on the ground. I'm 5ft 11in, 330lb and bought this chair specifically for the weight rating, but I'll need a foot rest to sit properly with this chair. Also to echo Nick, the back can't be straightened up, and the headrest and lumbar support don't have nearly enough...
