Such a Relief
Although the chair is a bit wider than expected its been great for me. Having gone through a few chairs I'm thinking I landed on the right chair for my home office. The seat is comfortable and the lumbar support is just right.

Now that I am sitting comfortably...
Comfortable chair with the mesh bottom and back its coll and confortable with good back and neck support. Mine was on sale - so a very good deal, and it was delivered promptly, WHen you sit to work for long periods a good chair is important - if yours is not good - pop down to Staples and give this a try!

I had someone assemble this chair. I bought it on sale, so it was a good deal and it arrived quickly, but the backrest is defective. The mesh part and the armrest do not attach properly, which cause some screws have fallen out. My fingers sometimes get pinched. I cannot return it because there is no way I can disassemble it. Good chair
Received the chair about 1.5 months ago. Assembly went well and was fairly easy. All parts were there. The chair has been comfortable and is holding up well. The only complaint I have is that the lumbar support does stick out a bit far and can't be pulled in enough.

Needs to be more adjustable.
When purchasing this chair I used their "sizing chart" based on my height. But apparently being 6'2" I'm supposed to be a lot heavier or thicker around the waist. I have to use a pillow behind my back in order to feel supported or to even have my back up against anything. The seat does move front to back but if I slide all the way back my feet don't touch the floor even...

Happy with my purchase
I am 5"1 and the chair fits me well, despite the documentation saying 5"6 or taller. I think the chair is pretty well-made. It was not too difficult to assemble. I do wish I could move the backrest a little bit away from the chair. Also, I cannot turn the knob that is supposed to loosen/tighten the tilt function. However, I do not plan on tilting the chair.

Build quality seemed fantastic, was easy to put together and support was responsive. However the overall default position of this chair is at way to far of a recline, I felt like I was lying back in it, and it was too far back to sit and actually type or use a mouse. A perfect chair with minor drawbacks
I received the chair the day after I placed my order. There are only a few drawbacks:
1. The length of the chair's back is a bit low for me, causing my back to touch the headrest.
2. There is a scratch on the base, but the agent handled my issue promptly.
Overall, I would rate it 4 stars!

Comfy with great lumbar support

Staples Hyken Pro Office Chair
I like this chair-it's comfortable and was easy to assemble. A couple of things I don't like: the lumbar support is a little uncomfortable and would benefit from more adjustability. The armrests go out of positions far too easily-I'm constantly having to re-position them. There needs to be some sort of lock or stiffener to keep them in place
