You just want our email and phone access....
The directions absolutely suck... All you want is for us to have an account and try to sell us more crappie. We have loved Ninja products but our son gave us a 7-1 ice cream maker for Christmas, and right on the front it says scan here to learn about your Creami, it does not give us anything other than more products to buy and videos of end products AFTER IT IS MADE.....

Short lived
The creami is a great product and makes creating your own flavors of ice cream easy and fun, but it’ll last about 12-13 months (just a littleee past warranty) before you have to buy and new one.

Fantastic homemade ice cream!
My husband surprised me with this convenient machine. I've loved it since, I have made ice cream following the super simple instructions in the booklet and every time it turns out amazing! We have not bought ice cream from the store since.

Waste of money if you already own a blender
It's super loud sounds like a helicopter taking off. Super big and clunky. Overly complicated, I wanted to make a milk shake and filled half the basin. But you can't click half and choose milk shake you have to choose full .. dumb. Didn't breakup the mix ins. The recipe used too much milk to ice cream ratio and was basically flavored milk. Healthy Ice cream!!!
I bought this about a month ago and I’m glad I did the ice cream turned out a lot like a powdery consistency. I think it was just user error though because I soon realized if you let it melt a little bit, it works! Good purchase, do recommend!!!

Ice cream at home
This ice cream machine is so amazing you can make so many healthy alternatives to ice cream. You can add whatever you want. You can mix in any toppings that you like. This is a luxury at home. It’s like a little ice cream shop.

Makes delicious treats but takes practice
I love my ninja creami, I can make so many things. I'll be honest there is a big learning curve. However with some trial and error you'll figure it out. I use anything from canned fruit or fresh to make sorbet. I also love making breakfast oats. Prepping is easy and it comes with 4 pints.

Low quality parts
After having the creami for shy of a year, the lid broke. Ninja sent a replacement lid, but after receving that the blade continually falls into the cup. I have ordered my own lid to try as well as new blades as the machine is of course out of warranty. Nothing can make the problem go away, so its out the door with the creami. Very disappointed with the product and brand.
It worked for 4 days, on the 5th day there was a burning smell and the blade was destroyed. I opened a warranty claim but they haven't contacted me.

Not Built to Last
Worked for exactly 1 year and then the blade stripped out inside and mangled the bit the machine uses to spin it. The warranty only covers 1 year and it looks like that about the life span. I only used it about once per week at most. I've been a loyal Ninja person until now, but this is the third product that burned up on me in the past 2 years.

Perfect
Honestly, the Ninja Creami surprised me way more than I expected. I always saw the recipes and thought, “Does it really come out creamy?”… and yes, it comes out super creamy, literally like store-bought ice cream. What I love the most is that I can make my desserts exactly how I want—high-protein, low-calorie, or even extra sweet when I want to treat myself.

Must buy if you're a baker
Instructions were very easy to read & understand. Setup was simple. They make it almost impossible to hurt yourself. Heavier than other Ninja machines I have.
