I love Ninja products but I guess the Creami is not ready for primetime. I was excited to use this product after purchase and went right to it. The first was mango ice cream and it was fantastic! Durable, versatile machine that makes delicious 🤤
I just adore my Ninja CREAMi! It's really such a blast to use and makes some wonderful ice cream, sorbet, and other frozen goodies. Very diverse options
Has no smell at all and ive had mine for about 2 years, no problems. comes apart really easily for cleaning and all parts are recyclable for when your done! you can make just about anything in this machine

It’s a hit!

Useful product but silencing equipment is needed
It is useful and does the job, but it is VERY noisy which negates its convenience.

Liked it at first, now it doesn’t work anymore
I’ve had my Ninja CREAMi for about 1.5 years. I use it all the time up until tonight. The machine started smoking and shards from the blade were in my ice cream. It’s broke now. I shouldn’t have to buy an expensive machine for ice cream every year or so.

Must have for ice cream lovers!
I am so pleased that my son recommended that we buy the Ninja CREAMi. We have made several pints of ice cream and are improving the taste and texture as we go along. We have watched many YouTube videos explaining do's and don'ts of the appliance as well as thousands of recipes. I highly recommend this product to anyone that likes ice cream!

Delicate Lid, Buyer Beware
I was only able to use the Creami a few of times before the lid completely fell apart while doing dishes. It slipped out of my hands in the sink and the lid just broke apart. None of the pieces were cracked or damaged so I emailed customer service to ask how the parts back together. They told me to just buy a new lid. I purchased the F1 Creami after many reviews and posts I had seen and heard about it. I adore ice cream but I am lactose intolerant and have mother health conditions that are affected by traditional ice cream ingredients. I make my own “Nice Cream” made of frozen bananas as a base, all I have to do is smash bananas and add any other ingredients to flavor the Nice Cream....

Fun and easy to use
Really fun! Recipes are reliable and turn out well! We have maybe two complaints. For what it does, it’s really (maybe unnecessarily) big! Also, even though it only runs for a short amount of time, it’s pretty loud and the motor makes a smell.

Loud and Proud
The creami is awesome. It allows you to be creative and make your own flavor combinations that fit your macros. The downside is it’s really loud but I have been enjoying it.

the possibilities are endless
this is a absolute life saver for picky kids when it comes to frozen desserts really easy to use and have made fruit soberts and easy to put together

Shaved Plastic in Ice Cream
Very disappointed!! I have had this machine a little over a year !! It started to scrape the inside of the plastic container. Leaving shaved plastic in the ice cream ! I am literally in love with it
I love my creami! As I try to watch my sugar and fat intake I have a lot of fun creating recipes and still enjoy ice cream! I made few mistakes on my first week but now it’s such a pleasure to use!

DONT BUY!
This was NOT worth the money. Way overhyped. The ice cream comes out icy and the mix in feature doesn’t do a great job. It’s SUPER loud and takes awhile to complete the whole process. Honestly a fun thing once in a blue moon but I returned it. I will say I love ninja products but this one was a miss! I will say it is definitely compact so that’s why I gave it one star.
