Low quality parts
After having the creami for shy of a year, the lid broke. Ninja sent a replacement lid, but after receving that the blade continually falls into the cup. I have ordered my own lid to try as well as new blades as the machine is of course out of warranty. Nothing can make the problem go away, so its out the door with the creami. Ice cream at home
This ice cream machine is so amazing you can make so many healthy alternatives to ice cream. You can add whatever you want. You can mix in any toppings that you like. This is a luxury at home. It’s like a little ice cream shop.

Makes delicious treats but takes practice
I love my ninja creami, I can make so many things. I'll be honest there is a big learning curve. However with some trial and error you'll figure it out. I use anything from canned fruit or fresh to make sorbet. I also love making breakfast oats. Prepping is easy and it comes with 4 pints.

Very disappointed with the product and brand.
It worked for 4 days, on the 5th day there was a burning smell and the blade was destroyed. I opened a warranty claim but they haven't contacted me.

Not Built to Last
Worked for exactly 1 year and then the blade stripped out inside and mangled the bit the machine uses to spin it. The warranty only covers 1 year and it looks like that about the life span. I only used it about once per week at most. I've been a loyal Ninja person until now, but this is the third product that burned up on me in the past 2 years.

Perfect
Honestly, the Ninja Creami surprised me way more than I expected. I always saw the recipes and thought, “Does it really come out creamy?”… and yes, it comes out super creamy, literally like store-bought ice cream. What I love the most is that I can make my desserts exactly how I want—high-protein, low-calorie, or even extra sweet when I want to treat myself.

Must buy if you're a baker

Love this machine
I love this machine, though my first one broke after a year. I use it nearly everyday and it’s great as I am dairy free and can make delicious protein ice cream that I can actually eat and enjoy.

I've had this for a few months and really wasn't happy with the waxy feel left in my mouth when eating the ice cream. I followed the recipes that came with the machine, but wasn't all that impressed.

When it works, it's great
I am on my second Creami, I realized with my first one that the blade was scraping on the pint containers so we have been eating bits of plastic along with the ice cream. Ninja did replace it and the 2nd one lasted about six months and I once again see scraping in all of my containers so I am reluctant to use it anymore. Not as great as it seems
I bought this item in August. It was great for the first week and just continued to go downhill. The machine is very loud and today the blade broke off while mixing a smoothie bowl. Did everything correct. Complete waste of ingredients as metal pieces were inside the bowl after it broke while mixing.

No way to properly clean
I am a year in with this product and of course beyond the warranty. The piece that comes down to mix then retracts into the machine so there is no way to properly clean it. I stopped using this product after about 6 months because that aspect of it is so disgusting. This is a part that spins dairy and makes ice cream and there is no way to clean it. Keep that in mind. Life changing!
Me and my wife love this thing we just got unpacked after moving. We made countless ice creams and smoothies using this machine. It works really well for creating protein ice cream as well. The texture that comes out using these recipes is amazing as well!
