I absolutely love machine. I don't know how anyone is confused by the instructions because they are very clear. Any issues are definitely user error! Broke in less than 2 months
I bought the Creami Deluxe less than 2 months ago. I have used it maybe a total of 8 times. The machine made a loud noise now the blade will not stay in the lid. There was also metal shavings in my cup. After taking everything apart and putting it back together, the blade will not stay in the lid. Deluxe Creami is worth it!
I like that the Deluxe allows for half-container (12-ounce) servings. I had the regular Creami before and felt somewhat compelled to finish the whole 16-ounce pint even when eating it by myself.

Healthier Ice Cream, but Not a Money Saver!
We bought this to make healthier ice cream. You will definitely need to search for recipes but it's well worth it if that's your goal. Not so great
I bought this in December, and so far, I haven't gotten any recipes to work. At first, I thought it was user error, but I even used Ninja's recipe to make ice cream and each time it came out with the wrong texture and consistency. I really don't know what to do at this point besides make a review.

Great Ice Cream, Horrible Machine
I’ve had this machine less than 5 months. I’ve used it MANY times so know how to use it. Last night, I was respinning some ice cream. It started to make a TERRIBLE noise. Good Ice cream bad quality machine
Okay the machine makes good ice cream and other frozen treats. But man quality is an issue. I’ve been through two units with the same issue. You cannot leave it plugged in. The power will not turn on if left plugged in for more than ten minutes or so. You have to unplug it and plug it back in every time you want to use it. Caught on fire
I bought a replacement blade for my creami deluxe, after 2 uses the machine caught on fire. Ninja will not replace my machine. This is my second machine. Definetly do not recommend.

So disgusted ... Ninja has become CHEAP & LAZY :(
I was SO excited because I just received my Creami NC501 - but then I opened the box to grab out the to owners manual to begin reading about it only to discover I HAVE TO USE A QR CODE TO DOWNLOAD A USER MANUAL ... I love my creami!
I am obsessed with my creami and use it multiple times a day. It’s such an easy and delicious way to get protein in. The reason I only put 4 stars is I’ve had it break but customer service has been helpful with a replacement.

I received this device for Christmas. I’ve used it only 3 times. The first two times it worked perfectly. The third time, the paddle kept coming off and the unit made mechanical sounds. Losing weight by eating ice cream
Only have used it a few times and I'm still learning the settings but so far my family really likes it. We've already had ice cream 3 times this week! Luckily we can control the macros so that's not a problem.
Ninja replaced a faulty lid for free as well so bonus points for awesome customer service.
