Broke in less than 2 months
I bought the Creami Deluxe less than 2 months ago. I have used it maybe a total of 8 times. The machine made a loud noise now the blade will not stay in the lid. Disappointed there aren’t more options using fresh fruit. Thought this was going to be a healthier option than highly processed/sugary store brands. Not really interested in having to use flavored syrups. On the up side the fresh fruit slushy, fresh fruit sorbet and yogurt features are great.

Blade failed
It broke after few times I used it. The blade just falls off when I try to use it and after calling the warranty department the best thing they can offer me is to buy a new container with blade for $125. No thank you. Just figured I will share so you know before you buy it. When it worked it was good.

I've had this for nearly 6 months and, for whatever reason, must unplug-and-plug in (every time) to power on the unit. Annoying, to say the least. I am going to wear out the electrical socket before too long. The outlet is on a dedicated 15 amp circuit. Does this require 20 amps or what?! Great features and so many options to choose from.
So far I am loving my Ninja Creami Deluxe. I have made cookies and Crwam Ice cream, following the vanilla ice cream recipe in the book and adding mix-ins of Oreo’s. Also made Almond chocolate ice cream. I have a black coffee with half and half and sugar base in the freezer now to make the Creamiccino recipe from the Ninja Creami Deluxe recipe book. So far a success!

Not worth it
The paddle(blade) came loose into the container as it was running. It stripped the metal thing and cut up the container. At first they were going to ship me a new motor and stuff and make me pay shipping! Great icecream maker
It's a great icecream maker machine.. I've been making icecream of my choice anyway I want healthy ways. Since I got it.. only con is a bit noisy. But I can deal with that.. Hope this machine will kast me a long time tho. I really like it.

So far, so good!
We've had the CREAMi for a week now and I'm already loving the different options. So far I've stuck to the basics, learning to make regular and lite ice cream. But sorbet and slushis are on my list for next week. And frozen yogurt, sorbetto, and gelato will definitely be tried before the summer is out. So far, so good!

So easy to use!
My parents have this. I went to visit them and the ice cream was so delicious! They showed me how easy it was to use. I got back home and bought me one! I love it! I will never buy ice cream again from the grocery store!

Deluxe Creami is worth it!
I like that the Deluxe allows for half-container (12-ounce) servings. I had the regular Creami before and felt somewhat compelled to finish the whole 16-ounce pint even when eating it by myself.
