Seemed like a great deal but I only received a ninja creami not including the waffle maker. I’ve been trying to call and get a refund or get the waffle maker but it’s difficult getting someone on the phone and not worth the hassle.

I got this for Christmas the first time I used it the bowl cracked. I had it in the freezer like the directions told me too and it cracked and now I can’t use it st all.

Great to a certain extent.
I bought this with the goal that making smoothies would be easier for my mother. But now finding out you have to freeze everything and preblend bigger things has just annoyed me. I thought it was for putting items together and blending but its just better for me to use my ninja Blender. Highly disappointed hopefully they'll make something that will do what the creami do...

Great ice cream

Great purchase
We purchased this after Christmas as a family “treat”. It is easy to use and makes the best, freshest ice cream. You do have to plan ahead since the ingredients must be mixed and frozen before blending; however, the result is well worth the time and effort. We love the Ninja Creami!

Easy to operate
I’m loving my new Ninja creami. We have started with the basics and will experiment with add ins.
My only disappointment is that the QR code for free extra containers does not work. I only get routed to the website with no other option.

Amazing treat maker
We've used this a lot since opening it on Christmas day. What an incredible product. So far we've made regular ice cream, lactose free ice cream and sorbet and it's done a wonderful job at all of them. I've personally made 3 batches of regular ice cream and they've all turned out great.

Wow factor!
Just got it and tryed 2 times. Made strawberry ice cream. My God, the machine is fantastic. Ice cream like in store. Just love it!
I wanted to get a Pacojet but this Ninja is similar, just 6000 dollar less!!

Waste of money if you already own a blender
It's super loud sounds like a helicopter taking off. Super big and clunky. Overly complicated, I wanted to make a milk shake and filled half the basin. But you can't click half and choose milk shake you have to choose full .. dumb. Didn't breakup the mix ins. The recipe used too much milk to ice cream ratio and was basically flavored milk. Great birthday present that pays for itself !
I brought this deluxe ice cream maker for my birthday, and some spare tubs for keeping the different types separate.

I bought this in order to make dairy-free ice cream. I was not really hopeful that it was going to be great but boy was I wrong. It is so smooth and creamy and tastes just like dairy ice cream.

Creamy deliciousness

Love it!
So far, I love my Ninja Creami. I've had it for about 6 months now. During the hot summer months, I loved being able to come home and have ice cream or a slushi. My only complaint, so far, and this is probably something I'm doing wrong is that sometimes, when making slushis, the add in liquid seems to overflow the container and leak out some.
