2nd Cuisinart Burr Grinder
This is my 2nd Cuisinart Burr Grinder I've purchased. Not a bad deal since the 1st one lasted 20 years! So I purchased a replacement with this one and the only difference is now the setting goes to 18 cups. It is refreshing when a small appliance has that long of a life span. Noisy, messy disappointment.
Noisiest, messiest disaster. I have rarely liked an appliance LESS. I had a simple blade grinder for over 10 years. This one disappoints on almost every level. I'd rather use my hand crack bean grinder, not kidding.

Not as good as my old one
Not as good as your old ones. I had one from 2007 that lasted until 2025. So I bought another one. Has not lasted 3 months and the motor has burnt up. Going to try and do a warranty return and give it another shot. It did not seem right from the start.

Died after 2.5 years - is that supposed to be good
I bought this Burr Mill at Costco 2.5 years ago and it just stopped working. It appears the motor has gone out of it. I contacted Cuisinart to let them know and they said it is beyond the warranty window and offered me 20% off a future purchase. Great grinder don’t wait as long as me to buy!!

Financial Dissatisfaction
It’s pretty. That’s it. It’s very LOUD. It doesn’t grind the beans evenly; there are big chunks of the beans in with the medium ground beans. It only produces approx 3 TBSP for 6 Cups of coffee. I would have returned it in a heartbeat; but after spending approx $100 on a Cuisinart product, I threw away the box it came in. That’s on me.

Grinder not working properly
Have had this grinder for about 9 yrs. Was working fine. Now I'm unable to set a grinding position. Fine and coarse -- comes out the same. Unable to reach customer service. Says on the website as well as answering service that they are open 8 AM till 9 PM Mon-Fri. When I called this morning 8:20 am the recording says "please call back when we are open at 8 AM. ??

Pretty good
Pretty good… This is my second one, and the first one lasted quite a while. It is a little bit loud, but works well. It overheats quickly though so be careful.

Grinding my own beans makes every morning excitin.
Love this grinder and how well the beans are ground. When I grind for drip the cordoned out better than expected and when I grind for expresso it delivers the fine grind I need for great taste.

A good kitchen accessory if you like fresh coffee
It does what it is meant to do. I like being able to change how coarse of a grind I am getting. We got several years of daily use of the old one before having to replace it.

The perfect grind for a pour-over!

Disappointed and unimpressed
I’m very confused by the design of this grinder. While grinding coffee beans, it gets EVERYWHERE. I don’t know if we’re missing a piece or what is happening, but there is a significant gap where the container that catches the coffee grinds is. Worst grinder yet
This is our third Cuisinart grinder. The first 1 lasted under 1 year. The second one worked great for about 5 years. The newest grinder we bought barely grinds any coffee.
