Worth the Buy
This is a great product for tea drinkers. The pitcher could be more durable though. I have to replace just the pitcher about every 6 month. considering we make 3-4 pitchers of tea per day... I'd say this is pretty reasonable. I like that you can adjust the strength of the tea with this product. Still worth 5 stars just because I don't have to wait for water to boil ...

Machine leaks
Got it as a gift a couple years ago and the tea Reservoir leaks. I get tea all over my counter because it comes through the seams on the machine.

Best Tea Machine
This machine makes the best iced tea ever! We use it in the evenings to make de -caffeinated tea to enjoy at night!
