Rattle trap!
Makes a good flavored, hot cup of coffee but, I’ve never had a coffee maker sound like it was going to violently shake itself apart! Almost unbearable!! Very disappointing. Will not recommend to anyone.

Disappointed with a top rated model.
Replaced my Keurig with the new Cuisinart pod coffee maker and have been somewhat disappointed. The water tank doesn’t have a handle on it like my Keurig did and at times it is hard to get back on correctly after refilling it. It is also is much louder than my Keurig.

Great Coffee Maker
I like the ease of use. The controls are easy to see. The water is always hot. The only complaint I have is that the machine vibrates loudly. The water reservoir cover makes the noise even louder.

Best coffee maker!
What a difference between this coffee maker and our previous. The Cuisinart turns off by itself. You turn it on and you can immediately brew a cup of coffee or just hot water. It seems to run water through pod slower so the coffee is stronger than my previous brewer. A great purchase. A friend recommended it to me and I’ll recommend to friends and family.

Now working fine
Currently, the coffee brewer is working well, but loud. We have granite stone countertops & I placed a fabric mat underneath to help some sound. First one we ordered did not work at all right out of the box.

Sustainability
After 3 other Pod Coffee Makers in one year, I decided to get the Premium Single Serve. Our water quality here is a bit below good. I purchased one for my son, who lives here 2 years ago and his is used every day, so I purchased one for me.

Longevity with flavor
This is our 3rd SS-10 over the past 14 years. The other two have been remarkably good. They have brewed many thousands of cups of delicious coffee with only a rare hiccup. We tried another brand after the first one died but the coffee was not the same and we quickly bought another S-10.

This one is a warranty replacement as the original after about 8 months started making a weird noise and no water came out of it. Up until this it functioned flawlessly, we really like the ease of use, and hope to get years of service from this new brewer.

A Big Improvement
So far it is much better than previous K-cup brewers. I’ve had at least four Keurigs and none lasted longer than two years and they never brewed a hot cup of coffee. At last my coffee is hot and doesn’t require an immediate trip to the microwave. I also like the selection of available cup sizes. Hopefully the machine lasts.

Overall, the best appliance of this kind I have owned in sometime. I like the lighted screen, the spring on off button and the height of the cup area. Also like the clear, very visable water tank. However, the water tank lid is a poor fit and rattles badly. I wish they would have molded a handle into the water tank, and had a automatic "sleep" option so I could walk awa...
