I don’t like
I used to like this brand, but not anymore. I've bought this coffee maker twice now, and both have broken down in five years for the same reason. I also have a fan oven that's two years old and it's broken too. That's its lifespan: two to three years. You can pay less for other products that last the same amount of time. I'm sorry, but I don't like Ninja anymore.

Grest features and well designed
I purchased this machine while I was on vacation in S Carolina. I had it shipped to my home in Florids as I did not want to have to carry it with me while flying. Versatile and compact
Living in a multigenerational home coffee orders are different. My dad loves to set the coffee pot at night and while he’s getting ready it starts brewing. The delayed brew is perfect for that. The Best coffee maker
The best coffee maker, without a doubt. Easy to use and easy to clean. For tea lovers it has a function that dispenses hot water for brewing delicious tea. The best investment for those who, like me enjoy a good cup of coffee

Great features
I am totally happy with the taste of the coffee from the pot and the pod. I don’t like the separate pod maker. It is so awkward and I have to find a place to put it when it’s not being used.

Just purchased, will return.
Make a pot, first cup is fine, but not quite hot enough. When we go back for a second cup, it's all cold.
Our old one stayed hot had a keep warm button. This model apparently does not keep your coffee hot.

The best coffee maker I've owned
I have had this system for one year. I have never had a problem, the coffee tastes great and I'm thoroughly satistified. I highly recommend this coffee maker for its versatility adn ease ofuse.

Great features.
This is my second machine. I had the old one for about four years and it got stuck on the no B B clean cycle. I am concerned about that happening again but I feel like I got my money’s worth. Great coffee!

We love this coffee maker. It has been a great addition to our kitchen. The only complaint I have is I wish ninja made a pod to fit in the pod adapter so you can brew just one cup of whatever you want.
