Lasted less than 2 years
Coffe is not that hot compared to another NInja before.
Pod function started generating errors after 1 year. (Although cleaned and maitained well)
Finally today nothing is working. Front panel is gone crazy. Unplugged, plugged. The same.

Disappointed
Lots of great features but lots of issues. Constant cleaning messages and I only use filtered water. The K-cup brewing cycles rarely yields an accurate measurement to your ounces selection. Leaks from the bottom and need to clean countertop daily.

I do love this system. My only complaint……the coffee does not stay hot for long at all!

Good until an error code comes
At first I was very happy with the product but I am now getting an error code (SE OP - withe the top of the E off). I can't find the code anywhere so I don't know how to fix it. It may not have been a good idea to buy a refurbished product.

Great versatile coffee machine in the market.
We bought this machine in 2023, and it's been working for over two years, and it's still working. One thing we did not know was the temperature of the K-Cup brew. It is a much lower temperature than regular brew, and the temperature range was 143-146, which is the hottest. We are pleased with the frother in the high point area for better alignment with different sizes ...

A good cup of coffee or tea
The Ninja Dual Brew Pro works good. I bought a k-cup metal filter that fits in the Ninja, the one that has a one hole on top for the videos on line showed a metal filter cup with three holes which was incorrect.
I love how you can have a lovely cup of coffee or boil water for tea.

Versatile coffee maker
Nice to be able to brew various cup sizes or a full carafe. The milk frother and over-ice feature are also useful options. Wish the carafe was thermal/insulated.

Love my Ninja!
I bought this today to replace a pod based barista machine that has left the USA and left us high and dry without adequate source of pods. The Ninja Duel Brew Pro works with grounds! Love the ease of use and cleaning. Built in frother is a plus.

Very Efficient
LOVE this machine. Very efficient and easy to clean. Brewing is quick, and tastes great! We also use the water feature frequently for hot chocolate and tea. Highly recommend!

Good until it’s NOT!
Like many others it was great until it wasn’t. Was saying clean. Cleaned several times and all it does is spit water and shut off half way through. For something to cost so much it should last a lot longer. Or longer warranty.

Excellent All in One Coffee Maker
Excellent all in one coffee/iced coffee/tea/hot chocolate/frother machine. Works like a charm to make many versions/sizes of coffee as well as dispenses hot/boiling water from a different spout to make great tasting teas and hot chocolate. The built in frother means no need for another apparatus on the counter.

Loved this coffee maker so much I bought a second one for our holiday home. Big water reservoir for a large pot of coffee that stays warm for a couple hours after. Haven’t used the pod part yet. Easy to use and easy to clean.

It's great until it isn't...
It's a great coffee maker. The best in my opinion.... Until it isn't. You'll be lucky if it lasts longer than 2 years. It eventually just stops brewing. Seems to be a common problem from what I've seen online. Disappointing for the price.

Just amazing
I think I have an older one but still amazing. You can make coffee and tea. You can froth the milk and get an amazing cappuccino. It is easy to clean because you can divide all the pieces. You can control the strong of the coffee
