Great for having people over it holds a larger cap
I love my ninja coffee posts I had had many different ninja pots but this one has been my favorite. I use it everyday and I love that it has a larger capacity. Me and my family are big coffee drinkers and I always recommend Ninja coffee makers

Poor plastic tank design
I had really liked this 14-cup coffee maker, especially for the removable water tank. It ran fine for almost a year. But over the past 6 months it continues to leak water from the tank. I've run a full cleaning cycle but this hasn't helped. I'm tired of waking up in the morning to find half of the water leaked all over the counter and floor. Many times the small overflo...

Glass carafe broke after a month!!!!
DCM200C - Had this coffee machine for about a month and I absolutely love it. I’m so disappointed that the glass carafe cracked !!!!! I have spent the whole evening attempting to locate and order a new carafe on the website but I am having no luck! I really don’t want to junk this coffee machine!!!

Close to perfection - but pot has a design flaw

Love my Sharkninga coffee brewer
My favourite coffee brewer so far and I’ve had many. 14 cup is very useful in our household and it has a handy coffee measuring scoop and easy to fill water reservoir. No complaints as of yet and I’m sure it will continue to make great coffee.

Checks all the boxes of a simple yet durable coffe

Good Coffee Pot
It's a good coffee pot so far and it works as advertised. Our office needed it for the warming feature so we can dump less coffee down the drain and that seems to work well.

Smells & Tastes like burnt plastic
I love Ninja products so I bought this thinking it would be great, it is not ... the first machine tasted like burnt plastic, then it erroered out so I returned it and got another machine .. this works fantastic BUT it still tastes like plastic, I can't get rid of the smell or taste

Simple and classic brewer, large enough for compan
I have owned this machine for about a year and a half now and I truly enjoy it! It brews a 14-cup large carafe in a breeze, which is plenty to serve coffee to a couple of visitors. Nice idea...but faulty design
We like that it's a 14 cup unit. HOWEVER...the unit has a frequent tendency to leak after setting the reservoir onto the unit. Called Support, but they were not helpful and didn't understand where it was leaking. We ended up getting a replacement reservoir...which we're using now...less than 1 year of owning unit. Money well spent!
Nothing NOT to like about the quality of this model. I like its design for the way it's built as it doesn't take up much room. The controls, (buttons), feel high quality and it's easy to clean. Money well spent!

Does not make 14 cups of coffee.
I bought this coffee pot for the 14 cup capacity. It only makes roughly 11.7 cups of coffee so it is technically smaller than your average 12 cup pot. The tank holds 70 ounces of water. A cup of coffee is 6 ounces which makes this an 11.7 cup capacity. Ninja is considering a cup of coffee to be 5 ounces so they can lie and say it holds 14 cups.

Leaking
I have had for over a year and from the beginning the coffee glass pot leaked when pouring. I contacted them and was sent a new glass canister which did the same thing. I just now pour over sink. Design flaw I guess.

Water tank is defective.
Bought this coffeemaker 1 year ago. No problems until 2 months ago. It leaks from the water tank bottom seal. I set it up as usual the night before and awoke to water all over my coffee bar and water covering my wood floor beneath the bar. Not acceptable Ninja.
