Not so great
Was good while it lasted. I’ve had this for a little over a month, it no longer brews. It beeps 3 times when press any button. Tried cleaning, resetting, nothing is working. Disappointed

Love it
I replaced my Nespresso with this. I use the specialty brew function every time. It makes a great cup of coffee

Disappointed
I bought this two months ago ago and I have tried several different brands of pods and they always end up with grounds in the coffee, even after the clean cycles

It no longer registers when pod adapter is in
Almost perfect except I CAN’T USE POD ADAPTER. The moment I switched to ground coffee, I could not get it to read when I switch back to the pod adapter. It's a keeper
I decided to switch brands after my last two more expensive pod coffee makers failed to last one year. So far, I have used the basket and pod attachment to brew cups but have not used the specialty option or the frothing attachment.

Not of color like my other ninja products
Upon doing a claim for my coffee maker I was informed that I would receive a different replacement from what I received just to be fair I accepted the one sent due to the fact it's the same model just would have perfered the replacement have been with a color version instead of black

Watered down coffee every time :(

Great Coffee Maker
I bought this to replace my Keurig that died after a year. I like that it’s easy to clean and simple to use. It’s also a bit smaller than the Keurig and fits on my counter really nicely. As of right now, I’m happy with my purchase. Time will tell if this coffee maker will last.

So far so good! Just unboxed; first cycle was little loud as expected. Second cycle was much quieter. Love the design of attachments, storage and scoop hook!!!!!

Fresh coffee, one cup at a time, anytime!
I had been looking for this type of coffee maker for some time and was so pleased to find this one and purchased it from USA as it's not available in UK. (why not???) I had problems with the first machine and the customer services sent a replacement and arranged collection of original machine within a week. 10 out of 10 for service received.

Good
The machine is very noisy. When you brew pods or grounds same noise. I thought there was something wrong with it because of the pause and noise. Once the brew was complete the coffee is good and hot.

Great coffee machine
Bought this to replace an old coffee system. This makes good hot coffee. I haven’t tried the over ice coffee. I have used pods and grounds. I made a24oz coffee with grounds which was very good.

I purchased 2 of these in one week and both would NOT pump water. What’s the problem? It’s not like Ninja to produce a product so bad. I own several ninja appliances with no problems. I like the little coffee maker but I gave up. They would only pump a few spoons full of water at a time, each time I pressed the brew button.

Could have been great
I really like the design of this coffee maker BUT my biggest complaint is with the water reservoir. Not sure if others have ran into this problem but there is no way to clean the inside of the bottom area where the water flows through thus having mildew buildup with no way of removing it!
