Coffee maker caught on fire after 1 year!!
I bought this a year ago and the warming plate stopped working. I called customer service and they helped me troubleshoot it. (He said if I cut the cord he would send me another one- but I decided to keep it to see if it was fixed.) I was told they made a note on my file and to call back and they would replace it, if it was still broke) It worked for another week, then ...

Not Built To Last
I originally had an older coffee brewing system from NINJA that lasted 4 years, when the electronics died I got this to replace it because, OH, espresso too! The coffee brewing is admittedly great, a perfect pot (or cup) every time. Great Features!!
So far, so good. I love the versatility of making the exact cup I want or need. No more wasting the coffee!! This is exactly what I wanted and only spent 1/4 of what I thought I would have to. Thank you, Ninja!

Great machine but short life span
Love this machine but it broke after 2 years. Beeps constantly and keeps throwing different errors. Seems like a machine at this price point should last more than 2 years!

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality Machine
I purchased the Ninja® Espresso & Coffee Barista System (Model CFN601) at the end of October 2024, and after just six months of normal use, it has completely broken down. It’s now leaking water from the bottom, and there is no way to stop it. This is unacceptable for a machine that cost nearly $300 and is marketed as high-quality and durable.

My wife an I bought this system around Christmas, it always seems that the coffee is weak. We keep adding more coffe without really enjoying it. Excellent Coffee Maker
Purchased about a month ago. This coffee maker is very user-friendly, as well as versatile. I have enjoyed making many different sizes of coffee drinks. One thing I will say is that the espresso side does not work with some off-brand, cheaper capsules.

Not a good company to deal with.
My daughter bought me this machine for Christmas. The espresso does not work. I have called them 3 times and they were supposed to get back to me after the first and never did. Got it in early January, issue arose with it rather quickly. Through their support center we were furnished with a new unit. It was on backorder and two months later we are trying again. Fingers crossed. Did work well initially

Cheap & Messy Machine. Consistent Faulty Dripstop.
I've had 3 of these machines in 3 years after having 2 replaced for warranted problems. My wife likes the espresso pod and frother, so I try to keep giving it chances, but they are all the same. Engineering flaw on nespresso side
Love the brewed coffee side of the machine but the espresso side was definitely engineered upside down where the pod is placed. It doesn’t line up and lip is on the top side of where the pod sits instead of on the bottom. So you have to manually try from the top and bottom to get the pods in the exact spot. Stop Valve Malfunctioning
