So far so good
I have had this brewer for a couple of weeks and so far I like the coffee it brews. I use both the pod and the brew basket. I am satisfied with both. I like the ability to brew different quantities. I also like the footprint. It takes up less space on my counter.

Mold around bottom in water reservoir that you can
My daughter noticed in the bottom of the water.Reservoir, it was moldy around the little thing, and there's no way to clean it

Great Machine
Love the machine, however it blows up the kcups everytime we use the kcup. We have to cut open the kcups and pour them in the filter part of it to use the Kcups. It is almost like it is missing something for the machine.

Awesome coffee pod machine and frother! Our first
We Love this machine Best Ever, we bought this for xmas last year and it's the Best! We also received a Cuisinart coffee maker for a present and it's awful doesn't stay warm while we drink our coffee all day...our Ninja coffee machine we bought 4yrs ago is wearing out but still stays warm on the burner so we use it for our KEEP warm burner, Not buying a Cuisinart again!...

Good product with a flaw
This product offers a sleek modern design and decent drink size options along with a foam feature, however the stream of water may be too strong at times for the Kcups, causing coffee grounds to become a part of the finished brew….not a good thing at all.

Don’t buy this
This coffee pot is so not worth the money. After you brew your cup it drips and drips non stop. The filter area needs an additional filter just to stop all the grounds from getting in a cup of coffee. Positive note, it is very easy to clean.

Great single serve
Love this coffee maker. Perfect for single serve without having to use cups. Only bad thing is the frother doesn't steam/heat.

Lid doesn’t close !!
I purchased this a few months ago.and it hasn’t worked well at all!! The lid doesn’t close all the way when making coffee. We have to hold the lid down the whole time and there’s water left in cup!! The declogging tool didn’t work properly to fix it. Money wasted!!

Bad design

Great festures
I love this coffeemaker. I used a Keurig for many years and honestly I will never go back. I really love how you don’t have to turn it on ahead of time to heat up the water. It does it during the brew process. So convenient to have every tool right on the machine from the frother to having the coffee filter to use for ground coffee instead of kcups. ❤️

Pods explode
I have had this for a few months and usually only use it for hot tea. Lately I have been using the K Cup part for coffee and every coffee pod leaves tons of grounds in my cup and has exploded. Once all over my husband. Would definitely not recommend this product.

Horrible
I should have stayed with my Keurig. The over the ice section of the machine does not work. You have to keep attempting for the coffee to brew because it makes a few drops and then stops completely. Customers should save their money

Stay away from this one.
I purchased this a few months ago. I have had nothing but trouble. It spits grounds in my coffee all the time. I am forced to use the grounds function and cut open my pods so that I don't get the grounds in my coffee. Even then its extremely sloppy and the water keeps dripping well after it shuts off. Not happy at all
