Close but not a full cup of hot coffee
Received this as a gift. Similar problem to the Luxe Cafe: doesn't brew full amount of coffee, regardless of the size setting, the coffee isn't hot and while the coffee is brewing it drips and drabs several times before it actually brews.
I like the foamer on the side and its easy to clean and the measuring spoon hook on the side.

Loved it until it stopped working.
I received this coffee maker last Christmas (2024) as a gift and LOVED it…until it just stopped working today. Unfortunately, I’m just outside of the year warranty. I swore off Keurigs after my last one stopped working right before I got this one. I purchased my coffee maker last year and I love it. I've never had a problem with my coffee maker. I love the color, the slender design and the temperature of the water that come out is just right. Sorry to hear ohter ppl have had problems but this product I will recommend.

We just received this as a Christmas gift. The iced coffee option is fantastic and I love how everything stores on-board. Rhe coffee has a little better flavor than from my Keurig as it seems to flow through slower, giving it time to steep a little.
The only complaint we have so far is that it does not make the correct amount of coffee chosen......ex. if I pick 12 ounc...

Easy to use, smart features.
I’ve had this machine for about a year and half now and I love it. I switch between the pods and using grounds weekly. When using grounds, I do add a 2-cup paper filter in the basket. I also use the 18 oz. brew into a 20 oz. stainless steel tumbler that I use as my “pot.” I’m the only one in the house that drinks coffee so it’s perfect for me.

Great Machine
Love the machine, however it blows up the kcups everytime we use the kcup. We have to cut open the kcups and pour them in the filter part of it to use the Kcups. It is almost like it is missing something for the machine.

So far so good
I have had this brewer for a couple of weeks and so far I like the coffee it brews. I use both the pod and the brew basket. I am satisfied with both. I like the ability to brew different quantities. I also like the footprint. It takes up less space on my counter.

Good product with a flaw
This product offers a sleek modern design and decent drink size options along with a foam feature, however the stream of water may be too strong at times for the Kcups, causing coffee grounds to become a part of the finished brew….not a good thing at all.

Don’t buy this
This coffee pot is so not worth the money. After you brew your cup it drips and drips non stop. The filter area needs an additional filter just to stop all the grounds from getting in a cup of coffee. Positive note, it is very easy to clean.

Mold around bottom in water reservoir that you can
My daughter noticed in the bottom of the water.Reservoir, it was moldy around the little thing, and there's no way to clean it

Great single serve

Lid doesn’t close !!
I purchased this a few months ago.and it hasn’t worked well at all!! The lid doesn’t close all the way when making coffee. We have to hold the lid down the whole time and there’s water left in cup!! The declogging tool didn’t work properly to fix it. Money wasted!!
