Excellent coffee brewer
I bought this in January and I'm so in love with it. I have the Ninja Brew station coffee pot also but I use that when we have company. I love this one because it's so compact and doesn't take up a lot of space on my coffee bar. I also love that I can brew k cups or my own coffee which is a must for me. You want a great coffee maker?? Look elsewhere!!!
i would give a 0 but it makes me pick a star rating. This coffee maker is the worst. The top does not stay down and causes the pod to leak all over. Even exploding all over the wall. One of the worst made products and I advise anyone looking at it to look elsewhere. I didn't even have this coffee maker 4 months. Do not buy it!!!

You want a great coffee maker?? Look elsewhere!!!

DANGEROUS! do not buy!
I bought this in March of 2025, and at first, I was absolutely in love with it. The option to add my own coffee grounds or use pods was great! Not happy
I've had my Ninja only 2 months and it's exploding coffee grounds everywhere. I clean it all the time etc. It's still doing it. I love my ninja products but not happy with this one.

Pressure issue
Almost love the blue but wish more blue would show.. it has more of a gray to it. It works great! I had to have it replaced because the previous one ended up with pressure issue and it kept blowing the tops off the coffee pods no matter what brand I used. We will see if this one has ends up with the same problem!

I bought this coffee maker two years ago. It failed after one year. I am one person making one cup per day. The Ninja failed to totally brew even a half cup of coffee. Won’t brew on first try
I’ve been having an issue with it actually making the coffee. I hit brew, it restarts. I have to do this 5 or 6 times before it will actually brew my coffee. It started off great. I only had this machine about 2 months.

Convenient machine, but coffee is weak
I received this as a gift to replace my Keurig. My Keurig was breaking every year, so I thought it was time to try something new. Single serve pods and grounds coffee maker
I absolutely love my ninja. It's the best coffee pots around and I love the throoffer on the side so that I can do my own. I make a lot of specialty coffees also in this is just perfect for me.

Close but not a full cup of hot coffee
Received this as a gift. Similar problem to the Luxe Cafe: doesn't brew full amount of coffee, regardless of the size setting, the coffee isn't hot and while the coffee is brewing it drips and drabs several times before it actually brews.
I like the foamer on the side and its easy to clean and the measuring spoon hook on the side.

I purchased my coffee maker last year and I love it. I've never had a problem with my coffee maker. I love the color, the slender design and the temperature of the water that come out is just right. Sorry to hear ohter ppl have had problems but this product I will recommend.

We just received this as a Christmas gift. The iced coffee option is fantastic and I love how everything stores on-board. Rhe coffee has a little better flavor than from my Keurig as it seems to flow through slower, giving it time to steep a little.
The only complaint we have so far is that it does not make the correct amount of coffee chosen......ex. if I pick 12 ounc...
