Awesome coffee maker
Have used this almost a month now and I love it. Keurig could not stand up to our usage and they would quit working within a month or two. I love that we can adjust our brew, have the option to use grounds or pods and the frother is a complete bonus

Basket is flawed
I’ve had this for about 2 months now and the basket that lets the coffee flow through has completely broke off. Very upset because there is no replacement parts but to buy a whole new setup when it’s just the basket. This seems to be a design flaw because other people have said the same thing on other websites. Please make this right ninja.

Extremely versatile and easy to use
I’ve had this for a couple of weeks now and I’m absolutely loving it. I typically use kPod coffee and it’s the most delicious ever.

Amazed!
Coming from Keurig single serve machine. Wanted to try my nonprofit specialty coffee (Bear Grounds Coffee Co.) in a better machine and it did not disappoint! Tastes like a completely different bag!!

Sleek design and beautiful color

Love ir!
Bought a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it! So compact and space saving for one thing but more importantly our coffee tastes wonderful. I’m hoping it lasts a really long time before needing replacement!

Great Coffee Maker
Love it! I was sold as soon as I saw the review. The compact size, the ability to use ground and K-cup is gold! the milk frother was also an awesome addition! So far, i'm loving it!

Nice coffee maker
I saw this the Ninja site and my pod coffee maker quit working. I decided to give it a try and I love it. It is really easy to change the coffee size and the coffee always comes out hot.

Weak coffee
I don't know maybe I'm using it wrong I just got this coffee maker when I (pods) make coffee and use the Rich option it makes the coffee weak. Watered down. I have to put a lit of creamer to not taste the watery taste. Is it the pods I use? I use medium and dark pods.

Wonderful single-serve coffee maker
We have been using our new coffee maker for about a month and are very happy with it. The Ninja Single-serve coffee maker it brews a hot cup of coffee and has several size options. Very disappointed
I can’t rate it because the reservoir came broken and my choices were to either return it for a refund or wait 2-4 weeks for a back order and then they were going to charge me for it. I opted to wait on the back order. Not a great experience at all.

2 months and no longer works
I bought this in early April. The screen on the top doesn’t display unless I press the center with all my might and quickly hit the brew button. Now the water indicates it’s empty but it’s not. Thrilled
Thrilled with this coffeemaker. Replaced a Keurig and this is SO much better. Smaller footprint, Easy to grind and brew if you're tired of pods that day.
