Leaking
I received one as a gift , and it is leaking 😕 so it boils water perfectly and than when it stays it starts leaking water on the bottom piece. How I can fix this problem, please help.

Looks better than functions
Appearance is nice. Description as cordless is somewhat misleading as a cord is still present. Water leaks out from the opening at the top when pouring out the very last bit. The entire top should be the opening to avoid this leakage. The keep warm button automatically turns on with the other settings; annoyance to have to turn it off.

Pamper yourself too!
It’s easy to use, looks nice on the counter and takes up way less space than the Kuerig unit it replaced. We love that the heated water never touches plastic, no mold to worry about. It heats a two to four cup serving very quickly and the temperature is perfect every time. We use it for coffee with a French press and for hot chocolate. I feel pampered.

Solid kettle that does its job well!
I purchased this smart temperature kettle so I could heat water to the precise temp needed for my various needs (green tea, black tea, pour over coffee). Perfect Cup

Love my new kettle!
I've been eyeing this kettle for years now, and it's everything I wanted! It holds so much water, but isn't too heavy or too bulky. I love that I can adjust the temperature, and the button to open the lid is very satisfying to press.
