Love This Electric Kettle
Unlike so many other electric kettles, the Cuisinart has a thermostat to get the water exactly to the temperature that I select. A very well made kitchen appliance.

Makes the water taste like plastic
The kettle is beautiful and works like a dream, but all of the plastic in the boiling chamber makes the water taste like chemicals. I have boiled countless batches of water and it still smells and tastes horrible! Very Disappointed! :(

Beautiful and works as it should!
It is Perfect! Within 3-4 minutes I have the perfect temperature for my green tea and I put it back on the base and press boil for my husband’s black tea. In another minute it is boiled and keeps it at temperature until you need it. Absolutely love this kettle.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT
I love it. Use it several times a day for coffee and tea. Just a word of caution the outside if the pot gets very hot but the handle is accommodating to lift a full pot.

Not the quality it used to be
I have bought Cuisant electric tea kettles for many years. They used to last a long time. My latestest one lasted 5 months and the one prior to this one lasted barely 2 years.

Nice tea kettle with problems
This tea kettle was highly rated by various sources. This is our 2nd Perfect Temp Cordless. The lid on the older one started getting stuck and then wouldn't open. it was out of warrantly. Repair video on YouTube was helpful but would take a whole weekend to disassemble diagnose and mend if at all possible. So the first pot still works great it is 4 years old. But l...

Precise temperature heated quickly
I’m not sure what else can be asked of an appliance like this. It does what it says it will do. I have only used it a few times and with smaller amounts of water but it heats it up to the desired temperature very quick.

Liked it so much we bought it twice.
Initially bought one due to the Wirecutter review. That one lasted about 5 years with daily use, so when it finally broke, we decided to replace it with another of the same. Checked on Wirecutter and found that it is still the one that is their top pick.

Love this kettle! Everyone should have one.
Love this kettle. Replaced one i had since 2018 which i had scratched up by my own fault. This product saved us when we remodeled and enabled hot water when we had no working kitchen. I use it for dinner parties and daily cup of tea. It is a workhorse and very well made. Simple to clean.

Great Electric Kettle!
