Disappointing
Replaced my cusisinart 12 cup with the plus model because the cleaning light kept coming. I’ve had this model for a month and the light has come on ever 5-7 days. Very disappointed! Called customer service and they wanted me to cut the cord and send a pic. They would then replace, but what am I supposed to do for coffee until the replacement comes?

Impressive coffee maker
I purchased this Cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker 1 month ago, and I am absolutely satisfied with it.
I gave found that I am able to use less coffee per cup as the coffee machine is so efficient with very hot water and the coffee filter producing coffee that is strong and smooth (I prefer my coffee very strong).

We keep buying these!
We had the older version of this, and like the new one better. It's easier to pour water into the coffee reservoir. The hot water feature is quieter too. Just wish Cuisinart would figure out how to make their crafts dry easier. After you wash them it takes forever for all the water to evaporate or drip out.

Household Happy
The best coffee maker I've ever had period. Coffee taste is fantastic, carafe temp control is very nice and the hot water is an added bonus for heating up the cats morning gravy. Would recommend and will buy again.

Solid Choice
I've had a Bonavita maker for 10 years and decided to get a new coffee maker. While not SCA Certified this Cuisinart model does a good job of making a decent cup of coffee. The temperature is aroud175 to 185 degrees. Features are good and decent quality. Fairly easy to use also. The price was why I bought it as well as the name brand. For $40 (normally $120 to $150.

Great extra feature!
I am very happy with my Cuisinart coffee maker is perfect. I love the added hot water system to make hot chocolate or a cup of tea. I just hope it lasts 10 years like my last Cuisinart coffee maker.

Very nice.
I have used Cuisinart coffee pots for years and when our old 14 cup coffee maker began dying I first replaced it with a 12 cup thermal carafe unit. good not great
I bought this a month ago and it is good not great. I like the warmer and the features. I haven't tried the hot water yet.
