Disappointing
Replaced my cusisinart 12 cup with the plus model because the cleaning light kept coming. I’ve had this model for a month and the light has come on ever 5-7 days. Very disappointed! Called customer service and they wanted me to cut the cord and send a pic. They would then replace, but what am I supposed to do for coffee until the replacement comes?

All day happiness
so happy with the upgrade to the newer model. Although I prefer warm weather, I am looking forward to “teatime”, coffee has been splendid each morning.

Works well
We Like this coffee pot the lid could be better water or coffee gets trapped a bit under the lid but all of them seem to do this. We like the carafe temperature function.

Love this coffeemaker
We had another version of this coffeemaker combo with hot water for tea. This version is a little different, but is a 12 cup pot rather than a 10 cup and we love that fact. It is very efficient and the water for a hot cup of tea heats rapidly. Great purchase for our family.

Love it!!
It’s the best! This new addition is fantastic! As always brewing coffee is easy and tasty but also love the hot water feature! The spout is great for a cup of tea.Two wondweful features for your coffee drinker or tea or cocoa!,

Decent coffee maker
I keep getting grounds in my coffee and I don't know why because I've done everything the instructions say. Other than that, this is a pretty utilized staple in my home :).

Great purchase
Love this coffee maker but I would make some changes for the next version if I were in the product development area. Think about 1 water reservoir instead of 2. The reservoir should be detachable so that I can bring it to the water source.

Not bad but a very hot pot
Pretty good brewer. It’s a little complicated to put in the water with a water heater for tea thrown in the mix which we didn’t know about. The spout for the hot water was misleading. Looks like a milk frother which I would prefer since we are latte people. The pot runs very hot.

Cuisinart to the rescue again!
Easy to use. Love the hot water feature as I drink tea as well as coffee. I purchased this Coffee / Hot water system for a fraction of what I paid for a Keurig that did last very long.

I love the Cuisinart coffee makers, and The Coffee Plus 12 did not disappoint. Having the hot water feature for a quick cup of tea is a great feature.

Great Coffee and so easy to use.

Good coffee maker
The Coffee Plus 12 Cup Maker & Hot Water System has been great. Slightly smaller footprint and height fits on the kitchen counter better than the previous older model. The coffee maker is easier to fit and the caffè does not drip when pouring. The unit price point was very good for the quality received. We look forward every morning to making coffee.

Impressive coffee maker
I purchased this Cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker 1 month ago, and I am absolutely satisfied with it.
I gave found that I am able to use less coffee per cup as the coffee machine is so efficient with very hot water and the coffee filter producing coffee that is strong and smooth (I prefer my coffee very strong).
