Amazing
It’s like you’re being poked by 1000 hot needles, and I love it! I can feel myself relax as soon as I touch the mat, I notice the blood circulation being improved. I don’t understand how some people think it hurts. It feels amazing!! I regret not buying the pillow!

The Bed of Nails has been a revelation for me. There's no pain involved; at most, it leaves a sensation similar to a mild sunburn, which I find oddly soothing. Favorite acumat over the past 7 years
I’ve had so many different brands of mats over the last 7 years of regular use. I love the filling of the eco mat. The cervical pillow gives much better even pressure then a foam core.

I have had my bed of nails for a month now & to start with thought after using it a few nights, before bed, it was probably just fluke I was sleeping much more soundly! BUT after a month of the best sleep I’ve had for years, I realise it is all thanks to my bed of nails, could not recommend it more highly.

Works a treat!
I have been using for a couple weeks to see the full affects and the BON has helped improve the posture of my back dramatically. I have less tension and feel I stand a lot more shraight, as opposed to tense and arched.

Give it time
I can’t lie. At first I couldn’t settle for more than a minute and even now I need a thin layer of fabric between me and my BoD. But now my long standing lower back problem is soothed by the time I can spend using it. Straight out of bed in the morning and prior to going to bed at night. I love it.

Love it
This is my first acupressure mat. I really enjoy relaxing on it in bed- especially when I’m stressed or post workout. Love that it’s eco friendly, but it does cost quite a bit. I went with this one because my FSA covers acupressure mats and I had extra money in that account. Since it’s my first mat, I have nothing to compare it to so I can’t say if it’s better than lowe...

Maybe helpful
The mat is very nicely made and I enjoy the warming and relaxing sensation it provides. However, I was hoping for it to help with my symptoms of restless leg syndrome, but so far I haven't noticed much improvement.

I have had severe back pain for years and even had 2 back surgeries in the past year. I am always willing to try anything that may help with the discomfort.
