Really Works
The strap is really easy to wear, perfect for the lower back. After the initial discomfort you can actually relax and it does help with back pain.

My absolute favorite purchase in a very long time!

Smal and compact.
This my 3rd travel size mat. I gave 2 to my friends as a present and they love it.I travel with it in my carry on in case the checked bag get lost.I use the travel size twice a day.

Best purchase for back and neck pain
This is hands down one of the best purchases I have ever made.I have awful back pain from an old work injury and when it flares up it hurts to do anything.I put this behind me and sit in a recliner with all my weight pushing back. This is a nice little travel piece
This is a nice little travel piece. I wish it did have some memory foam in it like the pillow, that would help it hit more spots I think. But it is nice for the lower back. I just do not use it as much as the pillow.

YAY for smaller version!!
